★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. O cachorro com o tempo apareceu umas manchas roxas no coro cabeludo do meu bb, veio com carrapato e com alergia nos testículos. Fiz uma reclamação, quem atendeu foi uma veterinária mal educada, que simplesmente desligou na minha cara. Se você ama seu pet, pense 10 vezes antes de levá-lo.
 Horrible. The dog with time appeared some purple spots in the hairy chorus of my bb, came with tick and with allergies in the testicles. I made a complaint, who answered was a rude vet, who just hung up on me. If you love your pet, think 10 times before taking it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento cortez. Atendentes educadas e prestativas. Estávamos no Mundo Pet e os preços são muito salgados. Colocamos no Google e vimos esta loja. Cruzamos a cidade e ficamos felizes com o quê encontramos. Como já falei, gostamos muito do atendimento porque estávamos procurando uma ração pra nossa gatinha que tem poucos meses de vida pois a outra marca não está fazendo muito bem a ela e na PetLândia a moça que nos atendeu nos ofereceu duas amostras grátis com as quais teremos a oportunidade de ver se ela se adapta. Se ela se adaptar melhor com essa ração iremos lá comprar mais. Mas quero destacar aqui a delicadeza e sensibilidade da moça em nos oferecer esta amostra evitando assim comprar uma que talvez não dê certo tal qual a outra. Os preços são acessíveis e compramos outros mimos pra gatinha, brinquedinhos, um colarzinho, terra, etc. Excelente loja e localizada em rua tranquila e favorável a estacionar em frente ou bem próximo.
Customer service cortez. Polite and helpful attendants. We were in the Pet World and the prices are very high. We put it on Google and saw this store. We crossed the city and were happy with what we found. As I said, we really enjoyed the service because we were looking for a food for our kitten that is only a few months old because the other brand is not doing her very well and at PetLândia the girl who served us offered us two free samples with which we will have the opportunity to see if it fits. If she adapts better with this food, we will buy more there. But I want to highlight here the delicacy and sensitivity of the girl in offering us this sample, thus avoiding buying one that may not work as well as the other. Prices are affordable and we buy other treats for kittens, toys, a necklace, dirt, etc. Excellent store and located in a quiet street and favorable to park in front or very close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço amplo, agradável, preços acessíveis, atendimento excelente, doutora Débora é a melhor!!! Serviços como tosa e banho são sempre muito bem feitos. Tem espaço amplo para os bichinhos correrem, e tbm existem os serviços de buscar e levar o pet no carro e hospedagem. Meu cachorro amava lá, era muito bem tratado!
Ample space, pleasant, affordable prices, excellent service, Dr. Débora is the best!!! Services such as grooming and bathing are always very well done. There is ample space for pets to run, and there are also services to pick up and take the pet in the car and accommodation. My dog loved it there, it was very well cared for!
