Dr. Tatiana is an excellent professional. We were on vacation here from Orlando and we brought the furry ones, she helped us with their health certificate for our return very quickly and with dedication.
Great vet and all the girls working with her are all very professional.

O Waldemir já tinha ido e nos pediu que a levássemos.
Eu fiquei encantada com o comportamento dela dentro do carro e no banco que estava meu filho de 5 anos a idade dele no ano passado.
Quando chegamos foi uma festa ao reencontrar com o Waldemir.
O tempo que ficamos lá foi para mim em particular um aprendizado com o que a Mel fazia.
Esse tratamento da Mel foi para mim uma falta de um profissional de competência como as doutoras que atendeu e a socorreu evitando que o pior acontecesse.
Agradeço e tenho eterna gratidão por esta clínica veterinária que fez este belíssimo trabalho.

We met Mel when we went to Cumurixatiba in Bahia.
Waldemir had already gone and asked us to take her.
I was delighted with her behavior inside the car and on the seat that my 5 year old son was in last year.
When we arrived it was a party when we saw Waldemir again.
The time we stayed there was for me in particular a learning experience with what Mel did.
For me, Mel's treatment was a lack of a competent professional like the doctors who attended and helped her, preventing the worst from happening.
I thank and have eternal gratitude for this veterinary clinic that did this beautiful work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho palavras para agradecer as profissionais veterinária doutoras Fernanda doutora Tatiana e a sua grandiosa equipe que me receberam e me mostraram toda a clinica e suas instalações ,me passando confiança que seria feito o melhor para salvar a vida da mel ,que já estava com infecção devido a mutilação que sofrerá durante a cirurgia de castração que foi feita em outro ambiente ,no momento a minha única preocupação é o bem estar da minha ? joia rara mel ,"com laudos fotos e filmagens que comprovam a imperícia a incapacidade" da outra profissional de prado-Bahia que se dispôs a fazer a cirurgia de castração da mel ,tudo será provado diante da materialização dos fatos ,deixo aqui meu alerta,não caia em uma boa prosa e conversa fiada ,verifique atenciosamente que o local ,onde vc levou seu filho pet ,tem mesmo condições de oferecer lhe o melhor ,obrigado clinica D'amore por ter dado uma chance da mel recuperar da mutilação que sofreu a mel ,está história ainda não se fechou,só terá fim quando a justiça for feita,para isto existem tribunais ,obrigado a todos do Brasil pela solidariedade que eu e a mel e a minha família estamos passando .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não poderia deixar a minha gratidão apenas em meu coração, preciso externar todos os sentimentos que envolveram a minha família nesses últimos dias. Nós temos grande amor e envolvimento com os animais e suas causas, alguns de nós dedicamos as nossas vidas e recursos para trabalhar em prol do bem estar de animais domésticos e selvagens. A mel é uma cadelinha, que igual a todos os outros animais de nossa família foi resgatada ainda bebê do abandono. Após o resgate a Mel tornou-se a coisa mais importante da vida de seu tutor e não era para menos, a Mel é educada, amorosa, inteligente e nos mostrou que na verdade nós fomos abençoados por encontrá-la. O senhor Valdemir foi quem a resgatou, a levou para casa e tem zelado por ela até hoje. No entanto, a Mel precisou passar por um procedimento cirúrgico simples, e aí começou o pesadelo, porque a clínica que a atendeu, inicialmente, não tinha estrutura, a "profissional" aparentemente não sabe o que faz e não se importa com as consequências desastrosas de seu péssimo trabalho. A Mel foi negligenciada, mal tratada, mutilada e não teve acompanhamento pós cirúrgico, nas primeiras horas de cirugia o seu apaixonado tutor percebeu que havia algo errado, então desesperado buscou ajuda e teve que fazer muitos sacrifícios para salvá-la, foi quando essa clínica maravilhosa e esses profissionais incríveis entraram de forma providencial na vida da Mel e simplesmente a salvaram, a Mel só teve uma nova chance graças a vocês. Muito obrigada! Apesar de ainda estarmos muito abalados emocionalmente e desgastados com todo o sofrimento que experimentamos, vocês foram muito competentes e carinhosos. ❤️

However, Mel had to undergo a simple surgical procedure, and that's when the nightmare began, because the clinic that attended her, initially, had no structure, the "professional" apparently doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't care about the disastrous consequences. of your bad work. Mel was neglected, badly treated, mutilated and had no post-surgical follow-up, in the first hours of surgery her passionate tutor realized that something was wrong, so desperate he sought help and had to make a lot of sacrifices to save her, that's when this clinic wonderful and these amazing professionals came in a providential way in Mel's life and simply saved her, Mel only had a new chance thanks to you.
