As veterinárias estão sempre de prontidão e dispostas a acolher os nosso filhos de quatro patas com muito carinho. Como a minha ? tem medo do secador, só dou banho lá, pois a equipe do banho e tosa é muito paciente e conseguem deixá-la segura e confortável do começo ao fim.
I consider the clinic Entre Patas ? e Focinhos great, super qualified and attentive professionals. Veterinarians are always ready and willing to welcome our four-legged children with great affection. As my ? is afraid of the hairdryer, I only bathe there, as the bath and grooming team is very patient and they manage to make it safe and comfortable from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio tive uma boa experiência na clínica veterinária com o atendimento clínico. Após isso foi apenas frustração e decepção uma atrás da outra. No dia 06/03/2020 marquei em atendimento para banho e tosa. Iniciando pelo atendimento pelo telefone, atendimento grosseiro, que só mudou após eu ter dito que já era cliente na parte veterinária. Levei o cachorro dia 07/03/2020 para o primeiro banho e a primeira tosa, com muita expectativa, mas infelizmente recebi junto com meu cachorro uma decepção, um cachorro super mal tosado, torto, despontado com entradas de máquina onde não deveria ter. Me decepcionei muito, entrei em contato com o atendimento da clínica, mandei as fotos via whatsapp, por fim fui a clínica levá-lo, mesmo sabendo que o caso da tosa seria irreversível, mas fui para avaliar a postura dos responsáveis. A Maíra, me atendeu que é a veterinária responsável e proprietária da clínica veterinária e do banho e tosa, expliquei toda minha insatisfação e frustração. Maíra concordando que realmente o trabalho foi mal realizado, falou que a única maneira de tentar "resolver" seria fazendo uma outra tosa no cachorro, (pq ela não poderia fazer o pelo crescer novamente) mas a situação estava realmente irreversível. Infelizmente percebi nesse momento que ela estava apenas preocupada com o financeiro e não com a minha insatisfação como cliente. Estava preocupada com uma avaliação negativa e de isso afetar e evitar possíveis clientes em potencial. Quando ela disse: Se eu não tenho uma boa avaliação sua, posso perder 10 20 clientes. Nesse momento ficou claro que apenas se preocupou com o financeiro e não com a problemática da questão que era a minha insatisfação, desde o atendimento, tratamento do tosador(que quando cheguei com o meu cachorro ele não se deu o trabalho de perguntar o nome dele), o resultado do "trabalho" e a postura da proprietária ao intermediar apenas visando lucros futuros que poderiam ser perdidos. Não iria fazer reclamação, mas pensei bem e vim aqui esclarecer a minha insatisfação para que outras pessoas não passem por isso. Não comprei e não amo meu cachorro pela estética, mas criei a expectativa do primeiro banho, da primeira tosa e fui frustada tanto no resultado final quanto na intermediação da responsável proprietária pelo espaço e serviços oferecidos.
At first I had a good experience in the veterinary clinic with clinical care. After that it was just frustration and disappointment one after the other. On 06/03/2020 I made an appointment for bathing and grooming. Starting with the phone service, rude service, which only changed after I said I was a customer in the veterinary area. I took the dog on 07/03/2020 for the first bath and the first grooming, with great expectation, but unfortunately I received with my dog a disappointment, a super badly shorn, crooked dog, with machine entrances where it shouldn't have. I was very disappointed, I contacted the clinic's attendance, sent the photos via whatsapp, finally I went to the clinic to take him, even though I knew that the case of the grooming would be irreversible, but I went to assess the posture of those responsible. Maíra, attended to me as the responsible veterinarian and owner of the veterinary clinic and the bath and grooming, explained all my dissatisfaction and frustration. Maíra, agreeing that the work was really poorly done, said that the only way to try to "solve" it would be to do another grooming of the dog, (because she couldn't make the hair grow again) but the situation was really irreversible. Unfortunately I realized at that moment that she was only concerned with the financial and not with my dissatisfaction as a customer. I was concerned with a negative assessment and that it would affect and avoid potential potential customers. When she said: If I don't have a good evaluation of you, I could lose 10 20 customers. At that moment it was clear that he was only concerned with the financial and not with the problem of the issue that was my dissatisfaction, since the service, treatment of the groomer (that when I arrived with my dog he did not bother to ask his name ), the result of "work" and the attitude of the owner when intermediating only with a view to future profits that could be lost. I wouldn't complain, but I thought about it and came here to clarify my dissatisfaction so that other people don't go through this. I didn't buy and don't love my dog for its aesthetics, but I created the expectation of the first bath, the first grooming and I was frustrated both in the final result and in the intermediation of the owner responsible for the space and services offered.

I recommend without a doubt. I took my cat who didn't eat or drink and Dras Elaine and Maira took very good care of him. After doing several tests, they put him in the serum and medicated him.
