★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levei meus gatos no Dr Anderson, fizemos inclusive uma castração muito bem feita nossa gata é stressada e agitada deu vários pulos pós cirurgia deu muito trabalho e nada aconteceu no corte, fechou e cicatrizou sem inflamar e sem estourar nenhum ponto.
 I always took my cats to Dr Anderson, we even did a neutering done our cat is stressed and agitated gave several jumps post surgery gave much work and nothing happened in the cut, closed and healed without inflaming and without bursting any point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cãozinho de 4 meses que nunca saiu na rua , para tomar seu primeiro banho, antes do procedimento foi feito uma avaliação para ver se tinha pulgas ou carrapatos, avaliação ok nada encontrado principalmente por cachorro que nunca saiu de casa e contato
com outros cães. Quando cheguei em casa meu cachorro estava cheio de pulgas liguei para o pet shop vila Cisper para eles tomarem alguma atitude , eles me retornaram e disse que realmente na avaliaçao deles meu cãozinho não tinha pulgas Mas também disse que meu cachorro não pegou pulgas lá , como disse anteriormente meu cachorro nunca foi na rua e nunca teve contato com outros animais e não tinha pulgas antes de levar nesse Pet ,fiquei muito chateada pelo descaso e pela falta de profissionalismo graças a Deus foi só uma pulga mas se nem isso eles não resolvem imagina ser for algo mais grave um cãozinho é uma vida e não um objeto ! Não recomendo para ninguém muito chateada !
I took my 4-month-old puppy who has never been out on the street, to take his first bath, before the procedure an evaluation was done to see if he had fleas or ticks, evaluation ok nothing found mainly by dog that never left the house and contact
with other dogs. When I got home my dog was full of fleas I called the pet shop Vila Cisper for them to take some action, they got back to me and said that really in their assessment my dog had no fleas But they also said that my dog didn't get fleas there, like I said earlier my dog has never been on the street and has never had contact with other animals and had no fleas before taking this Pet, I was very upset by the neglect and lack of professionalism thank God it was just a flea but if even that they don't solve it, imagine If it is something more serious, a puppy is a life and not an object! I don't recommend it to anyone very upset!

Além do preço cabível no orçamento, o atendimento da Barbara foi excelente e do Dr. também. A minha gatinha está se recuperando bem, já está toda serelepe. Super recomendo esta clínica, voltarei mais vezes para vacinas os meus bichanos
I neutered my kitten last Friday, I highly recommend it.
In addition to the reasonable price in the budget, Barbara's service was excellent and so was Dr.'s. My kitten is recovering well, she is all dressed up. I highly recommend this clinic, I will come back more often for vaccinations my pussies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior petshop da região cuidado ao levar seus bichinhos, funcionários e até o proprietário extremamente despreparados para lidar com os clientes, inclusive eles machucam o seu pet e não se responsabilizam. NAO RECOMENDO! Estarei formalizando uma ação judicial contra vocês por discriminação. Aguardem! Falta muito profissionalismo e competência e agora vocês vão responder judicialmente. Ah outra coisa eles dizem usar Hidratação mas usam produtos misturados de segunda linha. CUIDADO. Fora que seu cão volta cheio de pulgas higiene 0
Worst petshop in the region, be careful when taking your pets, employees and even the owner who are extremely unprepared to deal with customers, they even hurt your pet and are not responsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I will be filing a lawsuit against you for discrimination. Wait! A lot of professionalism and competence are lacking and now you are going to respond in court. Oh another thing they say they use Hydration but they use second tier blended products. CAUTION. Out that your dog comes back full of fleas hygiene 0

Total descaso, falta de sensibilidade e profissionalismo no atendimento.
Veterinário totalmente despreparado, e ainda te fazem assinar um termo de óbito para banho no seu pet.
Ainda bem que trouxe a minha de volta.
If your Pet is old and frail, I don't recommend this Pet Shop.
Total disregard, lack of sensitivity and professionalism in the service.
Totally unprepared veterinarian, and they even make you sign a death certificate for bathing your pet.
Glad you brought mine back.
