★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje quero comentar sobre o péssimo atendimento que tivemos com o nosso cachorrinho, Tivemos um encaminhamento de urgência para um USG e avaliação e em nenhum momento a Dra do plantão teve senso de urgência e emergência em dizer que a clinica não teria a estrutura que ele precisaria no momento. Assumiu o risco e o cachorrinho veio a óbito. Isso é muito triste, se é uma clinica emergencial, precisam também ser honesto em dizer que não podem dar o tratamento que o animal precisa e encaminha -ló ao hospital de referencia para ser tratado. Falta profissionalismo e muita empatia. Se puder não levem nesse estabelecimento, a verdade sempre é mais dolorida mais é o caminho para tudo.
Today I want to comment on the poor care we had with our puppy. We had an urgent referral to a USG and evaluation and at no time did the doctor on duty have a sense of urgency and emergency in saying that the clinic would not have the structure he would need at the time. He took the risk and the puppy died. This is very sad, if it is an emergency clinic, they also need to be honest in saying that they cannot give the treatment that the animal needs and send it to the referral hospital to be treated. There is a lack of professionalism and a lot of empathy. If you can, don't take it to this establishment, the truth is always more painful, but it's the way to everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Dezembro de 2021 estive mais uma vez com minha cadelinha Meg para mais uma cirurgia de luxação de patela agora na perninha direita, e mais uma vez venho aqui parabenizar o excelente trabalho do Dr. BENÊ e de toda sua equipe, a cirurgia mais uma vez foi um sucesso e hoje minha cadelinha está ótima, a recuperação dela foi muito rápida, o doutor deu toda atenção quando estava com ela em recuperação.
Que Deus abençoe esses profissionais que trata do nossos pets com todo amor.
