★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Marquei consulta pedindo que o atendimento ocorresse dentro do horário porque tenho que retornar ao trabalho. Marquei no primeiro horário disponível justamente para não prejudicar meu emprego. Passei mais de 40 minutos aguardando e não fui atendida. Entendo a importância da profissão do veterinário. Mas o meu emprego também é importante porque sem ele eu não pago a consulta e não me sustento. Falta de respeito e consideração com os tutores e animais.
Terrible. I made an appointment asking for the service to take place on time because I have to return to work. I made an appointment at the first available time precisely so as not to jeopardize my job. I spent more than 40 minutes waiting and I was not answered. I understand the importance of the veterinary profession. But my job is also important because without it I don't pay for the consultation and I don't support myself. Lack of respect and consideration for tutors and animals.
