Gosto do atendimento, porém em alguns momentos, no início, não tínhamos tanta atenção, mas agora temos. Indico o local.
Sei que atendem cachorros também, não sei ao certo se cuidam de outros tipos de animais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo!entrei em contato pelo telefone para saber sobre a castração de gato, primeiro que o telefone é horrível, chia o tempo todo não dá nem pra ouvir o que falam, tentei pelo whats app e simplesmente foram me responder mais de 2 dias depois,achei um descaso, pq se fosse urgente, e eu tivesse ficado esperando a resposta? Felizmente levei em outro profissional.
I don't recommend it! I got in touch by phone to find out about cat neutering, first that the phone is horrible, it squeaks all the time I can't even hear what they say, I tried through whats app and they just answered me more than 2 days later , I thought it was neglect, because if it was urgent, and I had been waiting for the answer? Luckily I took it to another professional.

Minha gatinha tinha dois anos e começou a apresentar um quadro severo de anemia. Levei ela para esse veterinário, pois estava no bairro há muito tempo, muita gente já havia levado e tinha um bom atendimento. Bom, entra um exame, vai outro, ela fez uma série de exames e todos davam negativo, nada de descobrirem o que estava causando o quadro de anemia nela. Ela chegou a tomar suplemento por um mês, deu uma leve melhorada, mas ainda estava bem anemica. Levamos ela lá de outubro até janeiro, até que um dia de janeiro ela começou a mancar e achei muito estranho pq ela n tinha caido. Levei ela para a dra.thamires examinar e ela erroneamente deu o diagnóstico que era um "mal jeito" e trouxe ela para casa. Ela tomou uma medicação lá, para diarreia, enjoo, vitamina, na qual eles não informam o nome. No dia seguinte, ela estava com as pernas paralisadas, sem se mover... Foi horrivel. Era um domingo, no qual eles não abrem e nem respondem no whatsapp, tive que levar ela as pressas para o hospital são pedro. O atendimento foi completamente diferente, explicaram tudo de forma mais técnica, super carinhosos (n q o outro veterinario n tenha sido, quanto a isso n posso reclamar) sério, me arrependi de não ter levado ela lá desde o começo. Enfim, ela teve que ficar internada, mas o quadro dela piorou demais, ela ficou muito debilitada, não estava "viva" <\3 e ai, não tivemos escolha. Minha gatinha agora está descansando no céu, sinto muita saudades dela, que era como uma filha pra mim. Ela faleceu e até hoje não sei o que ela teve (anemia em gatos é um quadro, não a doença em si. E ela era nova, ia fazer 3 anos em abril e comia royal desde filhote) E em respeito a todo o amor que ela me ensinou a ter, deixo aqui essa critica/alerta para os outros pais . Mesmo se for mais caro, invistam em um tratamento, não levem em qualquer lugar. Esse vetenário nem mesmo mandou mensagens para saber da gata, ou para prestar pedido de desculpas e pessames. Levem em um especialista! Façam um convênio, a vida deles devem ser preservada e tratadas com prioridade por PROFISSIONAIS com uma boa conduta que respeite o paciente e o tutor.
I do not recommend for complex treatments. They hold the patient instead of referring him to a specialist....
My kitten was two years old and started to have severe anemia. I took her to this vet, because she had been in the neighborhood for a long time, a lot of people had already taken her and she had good care. Well, one test comes in, then another one, she did a series of tests and they all came back negative, they didn't find out what was causing her anemia. She even took a supplement for a month, it improved slightly, but she was still very anemic. We took her there from October to January, until one day in January she started to limp and I thought it was very strange because she hadn't fallen. I took her to Dr.thamires to be examined and she erroneously diagnosed her as "bad shape" and brought her home. She took medication there, for diarrhea, nausea, vitamins, in which they do not mention the name. The next day, her legs were paralyzed, not moving... It was horrible. It was a Sunday, in which they don't open and they don't even answer on whatsapp, I had to rush her to the São Pedro hospital. The service was completely different, they explained everything in a more technical way, super affectionate (no other vet was, I can't complain about that) seriously, I regretted not having taken her there from the beginning. Anyway, she had to be hospitalized, but her condition got worse, she was very weak, she wasn't "alive" <\3 and then, we had no choice. My kitten is now resting in heaven, I miss her so much, she was like a daughter to me. She passed away and to this day I don't know what she had (anemia in cats is a condition, not the disease itself. And she was young, she was going to be 3 years old in April and ate royal since she was a puppy) And out of respect for all the love that she taught me to have it, I leave this criticism/alert here for other parents. Even if it's more expensive, invest in a treatment, don't take it anywhere. This vet didn't even send messages to find out about the cat, or to offer apologies and condolences. Take it to a specialist! Make an agreement, their lives must be preserved and treated with priority by PROFESSIONALS with a good conduct that respects the patient and the tutor.
