Minha cachorrinha Lua foi operada após ter uma infecção severa no útero e pegar doença do carrapato, ficou entre a vida e a morte teve que tomar uma bolsa de sangue durante a cirurgia para aguentar. Graças aos excelentes profissionais da clínica a lua hoje esta em casa, ainda em tratamento mas se recuperando bem. Obrigada a todos pela compaixão com esses seres de alma iluminada.
Team dedicated to the care of the animal.
My little dog Lua was operated after having a severe infection in the uterus and getting a tick disease, she was between life and death and had to take a blood bag during the surgery to cope. Thanks to the excellent professionals at the clinic, the moon is now at home, still undergoing treatment but recovering well. Thank you all for your compassion for these enlightened soul beings.

Eu estou muito triste com a morte do Frajola. Não que eu não entenda a morte de um ser, seja pessoa ou animal, como uma coisa natural. O que me entristeceu foi ver a vida ser tratada como uma mercadoria. Se pagar, ele vive. Se não pagar, ele morre. Foi assim com ele. As chances que ele tinha, e ele estava lutando pra ter, acabaram por causa de uma prioridade que vcs deram. Ao dinheiro, não à vida. Enquanto eu me lembrar dessa escolha que vcs fizeram, eu vou sentir tristeza e indignação. Vcs iriam receber, com certeza. Já tinham recebido uma grande parte. Não negociaram valores, exigiram. E tiveram o que exigiram: o dinheiro e a morte.

I am very sad about Frajola's death. Not that I don't understand the death of a being, whether person or animal, as a natural thing. What saddened me was to see life being treated like a commodity. If you pay, he lives. If you don't pay, he dies. It was like that with him. The chances he had, and he was fighting to have, ended because of a priority you guys gave. To money, not to life. As long as I remember this choice you guys made, I will feel sadness and indignation. You would definitely get it. They had already received a large portion. They didn't negotiate values, they demanded. And they got what they demanded: money and death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica boa, dra M° Tereza que atendeu meu nenê pela madrugada, foi muito atenciosa conosco, dr Ygor que ficou com ele no plantão do outro dia, me ligou pra da noticias dele, mandou msgs, fotos dele.
Meu nenê infelizmente não sobreviveu, mas agradeço o cuidado que tiveram com ele, colocando roupinhas pra ele não sentir frio, travesseiros pra ele ficar a vontade, me mandando notícias dele sempre que pedia, fotos e vídeos.
Good clinic, Dr M° Tereza who attended my baby at dawn, was very attentive to us, Dr Ygor who stayed with him on duty the other day, called me to give him news, sent messages, photos of him.
My baby unfortunately didn't survive, but I appreciate the care they took with him, putting clothes on so he doesn't feel cold, pillows for him to be comfortable, sending me news of him whenever I asked, photos and videos.

Nossa família vem agradecer , todo o apoio e suporte realizados por vocês , é notório o carinho prestado pelos nossos queridos animais , Alice se foi mas deixou muito amor , parabéns pela equipe Excepcional desde a recepção bloco cirúrgico,assistencial anestesia , faxina , todos sem excessão, fizeram o que puderam para salvar a vida da Alice , quem dera todas as clínicas prestassem esse serviço, fica aqui nosso muito obrigada !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente anti profissionais. Minha cachorrinha ficou internada, fez exames e consultas com veterinários externos. Levei ela nessa clínica por emergência, sendo a mais próxima de casa. Sendo assim, quando fui levar ela na Vet que tenho costume, eles negaram me entregar os exames e laudos das consultas feitas. Nem me passando o contato dos veterinários. E pra fechar com chave de ouro, nem querem me mandar a comanda detalhada dos custos totais dessa internação. Totalmente comercial, visam somente o dinheiro, pedindo exames a mais que poderiam ter sido mais específicos para o caso dela. Minha Vet de confiança ficou sem palavras quando contei o caso. Não indico nem se me patrocinarem
Totally unprofessional. My little dog was hospitalized, had tests and consultations with external veterinarians. I took her to this clinic as an emergency, being the closest to home. Thus, when I went to take her to the Vet, which I'm used to, they refused to give me the exams and reports of the consultations that were carried out. Not even giving me the contact of the vets. And to close with a flourish, they don't even want to send me the detailed command of the total costs of this hospitalization. Completely commercial, they only aim at money, asking for extra tests that could have been more specific to her case. My trusted Vet was speechless when I told the story. I don't even recommend if they sponsor me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência muito triste nesse lugar em 2016 com minha gata que já era idosa, mas por conta da idade dela, (18 anos ) achei que era normal tantos procedimentos e gastos que hoje eu vejo que na maioria são desnecessários, pois eles são despreparados para cuidar de felinos.E ela veio a falecer... Atualmente, levei meu filho de 3 aninhos, que estava apresentando dispneia, pediram um montão de exames, eu relatando minha dificuldade financeira no momento, pedindo para que fizessem o que fosse básico para salvar a vida dele, e alguns dos veterinários nem davam ouvidos a minha dificuldade e desespero para tentar salvar pelo menos a vida do meu gato. Só visam o dinheiro. Autorizei alguns dos exames, o que logo detectou o problema que ele tinha. Que era cardíaco. Sendo que cheguei a ouvir até em possibilidade de tumor e quimioterapia. Totalmente despreparados. Eu tive que trazer meu bichinho para casa, pois o valores já estavam altos demais para minhas condições. Não ajudam em nada! Meu gato voltou para casa com incontinência urinária e pior ainda do que foi para lá. Só ficava prostrado o dia todo... não comia mais, não defecava... o óbvio aconteceu, ele faleceu e ao informar sobre a morte e cremação, eles ainda trataram com frieza e valores super altos. O único veterinário que foi humano durante o tempo que meu gato passou por esse lugar foi o Dr. Igor. Isso tudo aconteceu em apenas um semana. .Não indico jamais essa clínica, para ninguém! Se pudesse dava zero estrela! Meu gato era lindo! Saudável e gordinho. Foi triste demais perde-lo assim tão de repente. Infelizmente estamos em um mundo onde existem pessoas que colocam o dinheiro acima da vida! E nessa clínica é assim.Sem contar que alguns exames que fazem, a gente nunca nem vê a cor deles. Mas vc é obrigada a pagar com antecedência.
Fica aqui minha indignação e triste experiência com esse lugar horrível. NÃO CONFIEM A VIDA DO SEU ANIMAL A QUALQUER UM ??

And she died... Currently, I took my 3-year-old son, who was presenting dyspnea, they asked for a lot of exams, I reported my financial difficulty at the moment, asking them to do what was basic to save his life, and some of the vets didn't even listen to my difficulty and desperation to try to save at least my cat's life. They only aim at the money. I authorized some of the tests, which soon detected the problem he had. Which was cardiac. Since I even heard about the possibility of tumor and chemotherapy. Totally unprepared. I had to bring my pet home, as the values were already too high for my conditions. They don't help at all! My cat came home with urinary incontinence and even worse than he went there. He just lay prostrate all day... he didn't eat anymore, he didn't defecate... the obvious happened, he died and when informing about the death and cremation, they still treated him with coldness and super high values. The only vet who was human during the time my cat was in this place was Dr. Igor. This all happened in just one week. .I never recommend this clinic to anyone! If I could I would give zero stars! My cat was beautiful! Healthy and chubby. It was too sad to lose him so suddenly. Unfortunately we are in a world where there are people who put money above life! And that's how it is in this clinic. Not to mention that some tests they do, we never even see their color. But you are required to pay in advance.
Here is my indignation and sad experience with this horrible place. DON'T TRUST YOUR ANIMAL'S LIFE TO ANYONE ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filhote ficou internado 2 dias na clínica, ele estava com diarreia e vômito, não estava brincando, comendo, nem se quer bebendo água. Ele foi muito bem cuidado, recomendo muito! Voltou pra casa super feliz!
My puppy was hospitalized for 2 days at the clinic, he had diarrhea and vomiting, he wasn't playing, eating, or even drinking water. He was very well taken care of, I highly recommend it! He came home super happy!
