★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expressar minha extrema insatisfação em relação ao setor de banho e tosa , tenho um cachorro da raça yorkshire de 1 ano , muito esperto e carinhoso , deixei para o banho , quando cheguei para busca-lo me deparei com ele desesperado, assustado dentro da secadora sem supervisão. A funcionária "responsável" estava sentada na entrada da loja no celular ,enquanto ele latia desesperado . Quando perguntei porque ele estava lá , ela falou que não conseguiu segura-lo pra secar demonstrando total falta de treinamento e capacidade para exercer tal função. Vendo aquela situação exigi que me entregasse ele do jeito que estava , encharcado e com o pelo todo embolado , a mesma ainda respondeu de forma ríspida que aquilo foi o que ela conseguiu fazer . Foi decepcionante! Ele estava tremendo , assustado , ainda assim tive que procurar atendimento em outra loja , que prontamente me atendeu , quase tive que tosar foram 2 horas de atendimento porque estava completamente embolado ,isso tudo por causa de uma pessoa sem preparo para o trabalho . Quem trabalha com animal tem que gostar ! Não indico o Petplace pra ninguém! Decepção é pouco !
I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction in relation to the bath and grooming sector, I have a 1 year old Yorkshire dog, very smart and affectionate, I left it for the bath, when I arrived to look for it I came across it desperate, scared inside the dryer without supervision. The "responsible" employee was sitting at the store entrance on her cell phone, while he barked in despair. When I asked him why he was there, she said that she was unable to hold him dry, showing a total lack of training and the ability to perform such a function. Seeing that situation, I demanded that he give it to me the way he was, soaked and with his hair all tangled up, she even answered sharply that that was what she managed to do. It was disappointing! He was shaking, scared, yet I had to look for service in another store, which promptly attended to me, I almost had to shear it for 2 hours because it was completely tangled, all because of a person without preparation for work. Anyone who works with animals must like it! I don't recommend Petplace to anyone! Disappointment is little!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente! Simplesmente incrível! Eu mandei meus dois cachorrinhos pra tomar banho. O rapaz que veio buscar foi a coisa mais fofa do mundo. O cuidado que ele teve com meus bebês e amor e carinho que demonstrou, já me encantaram logo de cara. Ele se preocupou com o conforto dos dois. Diferente de muitos lugares que só pegam os animais e colocam no baú e vão embora, ele quis saber qual deles poderia ir no carro, qual aceitaria a caixinha de transporte. Conversou com ambos, fez amizade, deixou reconhecer ele. Acho que isso é importante, pq o animal está saindo da sua casa, ficando longe da família e sem entender o que está acontecendo, ainda mais pq a minha cachorrinha era a primeira vez que ia no pet shop e o meu cachorro era a primeira vez lá. Quando os animais chegaram, dava pra notar a satisfação deles. Queriam fazer carinho e ficar com eles, voltaram alegres e felizes. Além de limpinhos, cheirosos, sequinhos. Um banho e tosa no capricho com qualidade e excelência. Fora que eu já tinha ido na loja e o espaço é lindo, amplo, organizado, e o atendimento e incrível. Nota mil pra essa loja! Era o que precisávamos aqui no bairro. Muito feliz. Têm em mim uma cliente. ❤️

The care he took with my babies and the love and affection he showed, charmed me right away. He was concerned about their comfort. Unlike many places that just take animals and put them in the trunk and leave, he wanted to know which one could go in the car, which one would accept the transport box. He talked to them both, became friends, let him recognize him. I think this is important, because the animal is leaving your house, staying away from the family and not understanding what is happening, even more because my dog was the first time I went to the pet shop and my dog was the first time over there. When the animals arrived, you could see their satisfaction. They wanted to cuddle and stay with them, they came back happy and happy. In addition to clean, fragrant, dry. A shower and grooming with quality and excellence. Besides that I had already gone to the store and the space is beautiful, spacious, organized, and the service is incredible.
