★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada com o péssimo atendimento, tenho dois filhotes de shitzu, já era cliente, pois estava dando as vacinas deles na clínica Penélope, um dia meu cachorro amanheceu com o olho machucado, não estava nem conseguindo abrir, sentindo muita dor, levei ele imediatamente pra lá e só havia um cachorro na frente e a veterinária se recusou a atende-lo, nem sequer olhou pro meu cachorro, nunca mais voltarei a esse lugar. Como posso ter confiança em um lugar sendo que quando mais preciso, em um momento de emergência não posso contar? Levei em outra clínica onde nunca fui cliente e fomos prontamente atendidos, com o maior carinho, a veterinária passou até o número do WhatsApp particular dela, outro nível de atendimento. Não recomendo pra ninguém.
Disappointed with the bad service, I have two shitzu puppies, I was already a customer, because I was giving their vaccines at the Penelope clinic, one day my dog woke up with a bruised eye, he couldn't even open it, feeling a lot of pain, I took him immediately to there and there was only one dog in front and the vet refused to attend to him, did not even look at my dog, I will never go back to that place. How can I have confidence in a place when when I need it most, in a moment of emergency I can't tell? I took it to another clinic where I was never a customer and we were promptly attended, with the greatest affection, the vet even passed her private WhatsApp number, another level of service. I don't recommend it to anyone.
