★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram muito atenciosos no check up do meu bebê, ele ficou doente durante a pandemia e nao achavam o problema até eu passar aqui e fazer esse check up.
Adoro o banho deles, sempre trago meu cão aqui. Nos dias absurdamente quentes, ele até aproveita a piscina antes de entrar no banho. Recomendo!
 They were very attentive in my baby's check up, he got sick during the pandemic and they didn't find the problem until I stopped by and did this check up.
I love their bath, I always bring my dog here. On absurdly hot days, he even takes advantage of the pool before getting into the bath. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escolha, Veterinária ao invés de me tranquilizar fez maior terror, acredito que visando fins lucrativos, procurei outro lugar no qual o médico me tranquilizou e foi super esclarecedor, além de cuidar muito bem da minha cachorrinha.
Bad choice, Veterinary instead of reassuring me made me more terrifying, I believe that aiming for profit, I looked for another place where the doctor calmed me down and was super enlightening, in addition to taking very good care of my little dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena ser mais uma clínica preocupada em tirar dinheiro das pessoas numa situação de emergência com nossos pets.
Precisei de um atendimento emergencial, onde fui atendida por uma veterinária inexperiente ( e mal educada). Para coletar um exame ela furou 7 vezes o meu cachorro ( eu sugeri se poderia levar ele no laboratório pra coletarem lá e ela novamente grosseira). Coletou um mínimo de sangue, que gerou exames com erro. O cachorro tinha muita dor e ela não fez nenhuma medicação pra dor. O exame errado gerou necessidade de novos exames ( outro hemograma e PCR para hemoparasitoses _ doença do carrapato). Gastei 900 reais, para exames mal feitos e desnecessários e saí de lá com o cachorro gritando de dor. Ao sair de lá, tive que levar na Clínica Hungária, onde resolveram a dor dele com uma injeção. Para isso gastei mais 500 reais (mas resolveu)O problema não foi nem o valor. O stress gerado foi muito pior, pois, estava vendo meu cachorro com dor, e a tal médica furando ele aqui e ali e não conseguia o sangue, aturei as grosserias dela, passei dois dias super preocupada pq a coleta mal feita gerou suspeita de uma doença gravíssima. Depois que ele melhorou, reclamei, falei com muitas pessoas na clínica, que só sabiam falar que qdo o proprietário voltasse de férias, resolveria. Ele voltou de férias e nada resolvido. Só blablabla. Enfim, em situações de emergência não vá perder seu tempo e seu dinheiro lá. Uma pena pois pra mim era uma referência em São José dos Campos, Hoje, decepção define.
A pity to be another clinic concerned with taking money from people in an emergency situation with our pets.
I needed emergency care, where I was attended by an inexperienced (and poorly educated) veterinarian. To collect an exam she pierced my dog 7 times (I suggested if I could take him to the laboratory to collect there and she was rude again). He collected a minimum of blood, which led to erroneous tests. The dog was in a lot of pain and she didn't take any pain medication. The wrong test generated the need for new tests (another blood count and PCR for hemoparasitosis _ tick disease). I spent 900 reais for poorly done and unnecessary exams and I left there with the dog screaming in pain. Upon leaving there, I had to take him to the Hungária Clinic, where they resolved his pain with an injection. For this I spent another 500 reais (but it solved) The problem was not even the value. The stress generated was much worse, because I was seeing my dog in pain, and that doctor poking him here and there and couldn't get the blood, I put up with her rudeness, I spent two days super worried because the poorly done collection generated suspicion of a very serious illness. After he got better, I complained, I talked to many people at the clinic, who only knew how to say that when the owner came back from vacation, it would solve it. He came back from vacation and nothing was resolved. Just blablabla. Anyway, in emergency situations don't go wasting your time and money there. A pity because for me it was a reference in São José dos Campos, Today, disappointment defines.
