Por telefone é uma preço mas quando o bichinho está pronto e vc vai buscar é outro preço sendo que o seu bichinho Está cuidado, e geralmente cobram a mais qnd estão com pelos judiados.. Cortam a beruga do animal e diz foi a lamina que profissionalismo é esse. Total descaso pior que SuS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após banho e tosa higiênica, meu cachorrinho ficou com muita dor no corpo. Não comia nada. Observei durante o final de semana! Hj, segunda feira, logo de manhã liguei. A própria veterinária atendeu, muito mal educada. E disse que seria impossível um banho ter causado alguma coisa. E que era pra levar, mas seria cobrado a consulta. Claro que levei, mas em outro veterinário. Que pudesse ser realmente profissional e qualificado para dar o diagnóstico certo.
Meu cachorrinho está todo assado, devido a tosa, machucado devido a tosa e com os ouvidos inflamados. Porque entrou água no ouvido.
Fomos novamente ao pet shop Rocão e a mesma virou as costas .
Péssimo atendimento após retorno.

Péssimo atendimento mesmo recepção de péssimo atendimento também, o rapaz que fica lá super grosso e ignorante, assim que contei minha experiência a outras pessoas. :, vários amigos da região disseram o mesmo. Falaram ali é pior açougue, são. Carniceiros se vc soubesse nunca terei levado seu pet lá...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercenários, NÃO LEVEM SEUS BICHINHOS LÁ. AMAM DINHEIRO NÃO OS ANIMAIS... totalmente incapazes de ajudar um animal de rua que estava quase morto. Queriam cobrar antes pois sabiam que o bichinho não ia resistir. Absurdo total não tentarem nem dar os primeiros socorros ao animal ferido, debilitado e a beira da morte. Total descaso, gostam de dinheiro não tem o menor amor pelos animais. Muito frios e insensíveis. Não levem seus bichinhos lá. Eles gostam só de dinheiro. ABSURDO NEGAR QUALQUER TIPO DE ATENDIMENTO A UM BICHINHO QUE MORREU. COBRAR SUPER CARO TANTO PELA CONSULTA, QUANTO PELOS DEMAIS PROCEDIMENTOS. NEM TENTARAM AJUDAR. DESPREPARADOS É POUCO! Sem palavras pra descrever o nojo que tenho deste local e do senhor que me que "atendeu" com total despreparo, frieza e mercenário. . Sanguessugas total. Se aproveitam da tristeza e sofrimento dos outros pra lucrar. Que nojo de pessoas que dizem ser veterinário e se sujeita a trabalhar neste local como é o caso da Dra. de lá. Tenho pena dela que gastou com faculdade pra se submeter a isso. Que nojo!

TO CHARGE SUPERIOR FOR THE CONSULTATION, AS TO THE OTHER PROCEDURES. NEITHER HAVE TRIED TO HELP. DISPENSED IS A LITTLE! No words to describe the disgust I have of this place and the gentleman who "met" me with total unpreparedness, coldness and mercenary. . Total leeches. They take advantage of the sadness and suffering of others to profit. What a disgust of people who claim to be a veterinarian and are subject to work in this place as is the case of Dr. de there.
