Nao levem seus animais nesse lugar, a veterinária não conseguiu diagnosticar a cinomose dos dois cachorros da família, só ficava passando colirio e vitaminas e pedindo exames que não davam nada, levei no outro veterinária que diagnósticou assim que bateu os olhos no cachorro, mais já era tarde ! Ou seja por falta de diagnóstico precoce perdemos nossos cachorros!
Terrible! Don't take your animals in that place, the veterinarian was unable to diagnose the distemper of the two dogs in the family, she just used eye drops and vitamins and asked for exams that didn't work, I took it to the other veterinarian who diagnosed as soon as she saw the dog, more it was late! In other words, for lack of early diagnosis, we lost our dogs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o atendimento com meus gatinhos órfãos, me ajudou a ensinar eles a comer sachê. Emocionei em ver a alegria é empenho com os bebês, ela até queria adotar 1 mais todos já tinham lar definido.
I loved the care with my orphaned kittens, it helped me teach them to eat a sachet. I was thrilled to see the joy and commitment to the babies, she even wanted to adopt 1 but they all already had a home set.

Pediram todos os meus dados pra fazer o cadastro e depois disseram: - Ah, você falou em V10… nós só trabalhamos com a V8. Falei: Ué acabei de ligar e me disseram que tinha a V10 e que era importada e agora dizem que só trabalham com a V8? Profundo desrespeito e falta de profissionalismo para com o cliente! Pessoal sem ética!!! Mentirosos que fazem o cliente de bobo, onde o que importa é somente o lucro, frio e bruto. Fazem as pessoas de trouxa. Lamentável o nível de incompetência de alguns. Levei na clínica VetDr em Itaquaquecetuba e fui muito bem atendido!!! Lá a V10 me custou R$ 80,00!
Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star. They lied saying it had V10 and that it was imported. When I got there I said I came by the V10. They asked for all my data to register and then they said: - Ah, you mentioned V10… we only work with V8. I said: Hey, I just called and they told me they had the V10 and that it was imported and now they say they only work with the V8? Deep disrespect and lack of professionalism towards the customer! Unethical staff!!! Liars who make a fool of the customer, where all that matters is profit, cold and raw. They do the muggle people. The level of incompetence of some is regrettable. I took it to the VetDr clinic in Itaquaquecetuba and I was very well attended!!! There the V10 cost me R$ 80.00!
