A Tanaka deu um atendimento excelente para minha cachorra quando deixei ela hospedada no pet. Minha cachorrinha estava doente e com 17 anos - então muitos locais nem recebem animais que necessitam de cuidados especiais (alimentação especial, fraldas, limpeza higiênica).
A Tanaka faz a comida caseira balanceada e cuida muito bem dos animais.
Além disso o preço é bem mais baixo do que outros locais que conheço.
Recomendo muito!!!
Excellent service - both for bath and hotel.
Tanaka gave excellent care to my dog when I let her stay in the pet. My dog was sick and 17 years old - so many places do not even receive animals that need special care (special feeding, diapers, hygienic cleaning).
Tanaka makes home-cooked food balanced and takes good care of animals.
Plus the price is way lower than other places I know.
Highly recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo !!! Procurem opções melhores em Itaquera. A DONA eh o tipo de ser humano que não tem gratidão e respeito por seus clientes. Além de ser o tipo de gente que não sabe reconhecer um erro e pedir desculpa por fazer um serviço relaxado e sem qualidade.
Infelizmente as pessoas que são mau atendidas não tem o hábito de escrever críticas, por isso, não existem outros comentários negativos.
I do not recommend !!! Look for better options in Itaquera. DONA is the type of human being who lacks gratitude and respect for her customers. Besides being the kind of people who don't know how to recognize an error and apologize for doing a lax and lackluster service.
Unfortunately people who are poorly served are not in the habit of writing reviews, so there are no other negative comments.
