★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a clínica para saber detalhes de convênio, pois vi no Catálogomed está escrito que atendem a Unimed, onde uma senhora muito mau educada atendeu aí telefone e disse: Não atendemos a Unimed, e quando eu disse que estava no Catálogomed ela simplesmente DESLIGOU O TELEFONE NA MINHA CARA. Falta de educação e cordialidade.
Lamentável o Dr. Eduardo com um currículo e e títulos que possue ter no atendimento pessoas assim.
Obs: Não passei em nenhum atendimento com o Dr. , estava em busca de um bom profissional como ele, minha notificação é apenas para que ele saiba como as pessoas que ligam na sua clínica São atendidos pela sua 'secretaria'.
I contacted the clinic to find out details of the agreement, as I saw in the Catalog it is written that they attend Unimed, where a very badly educated lady answered the phone there and said: We did not attend Unimed, and when I said I was in the Catalog she simply SHUT OFF THE PHONE IN MY FACE. Lack of education and cordiality.
Dr. Eduardo is unfortunate with a curriculum and titles that he has in assisting people like that.
Note: I did not pass any service with Dr., I was looking for a good professional like him, my notification is just so that he knows how the people who call in his clinic are attended by his 'secretary'.
