★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo o atendimento. Pelo preço que pagamos, é uma benção. O Plano dá direto para muitos exames que se formos fazer pelo Sus vai levar meses. Trato meus idosos lá e recomendo.
 I love the service. For the price we pay, it's a blessing. The Plan gives direct access to many exams that if we are going to do it at the Sus it will take months. I treat my seniors there and recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente paga pra chegar lá e o médico querer adivinhar o que a gente tem, sem nem mesmo pedir um exame ou terminar de deixar o paciente falar.
A moça que me atendeu para fazer o plano ( se não me engano, Cristina o nome dela) muito competente e solicita. Uma pena que o restante da equipe não siga o mesmo.
Para marcar consulta é uma luta pois nunca atende o telefone! Ligue mais de 10 vezes e TALVEZ você consiga atendimento.
Diagnósticos errados, médicos que não estão dispostos a deixar você explicar o que sentem e simplesmente olham pra sua cara e te passam qualquer coisa pra te liberar.
O famoso barato sai caro. Todas as vezes que estive aí por dor, ou por precisar de exames no final das contas tive que parar no upa/ clínica da família para resolver o meu problema. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

The girl who attended to make the plan (if I'm not mistaken, Cristina her name) very competent and asks. A pity that the rest of the team does not follow the same.
Making an appointment is a struggle because you never answer the phone! Call more than 10 times and MAYBE you get service.
Wrong diagnoses, doctors who are not willing to let you explain what they feel and just look at your face and give you anything to release you.
The famous cheap is expensive. Every time I was there for pain, or because I needed exams at the end of the day, I had to stop at the family clinic / clinic to solve my problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

A minha indignação é o tempo de espera para ser hora marcada. Durante o aguardo, os funcionários discutindo na recepção, falando alto pior de tudo o atendimento da recepcionista, uma senhora super mal educada. Não deu nem bom dia, já foi chamando com a mão, nada atenciosa, após a consulta fui marcar o exame. Esperando ali e ela fingindo que não tinha ninguém.
