★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! Fazem vc sair de casa pra ir lá marcar a consulta" não marcam por telefone" , e depois de ir lá e passar a carteirinha do plano dias antes, se não ligar confirmando eles cancelam no dia sua consulta! Total falta de respeito e empatia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimas atendentes! Elas nunca atendem, de 20 chamadas atendeu uma e não informou direito, fez pouco caso da minha situação. Não vão nessa clínica, nem por plano de saúde. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Não fazem nenhum agendamento por telefone. Péssimas profissionais .
Terrible attendants! They never answer, they answered one out of 20 calls and didn't inform me properly, they ignored my situation. They don't go to this clinic, not even for health insurance. Total lack of respect for the customer. They do not make any appointments over the phone. Bad professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha vindo algumas vezes a Clinical center, mas hoje disseram que o horário de uma ultrassom seria às 10h, só que na verdade era por horário de chegada. Se soubesse teria chegado bem antes. Cheguei um pouco depois das 9h, mas só fui atendida às 12:10. O médico foi super atencioso, mas por parte do atendimento geral faltou essa informação de ser por ordem de chegada.
I had been to the Clinical Center a few times, but today they said the time for an ultrasound would be at 10 am, only it was actually an arrival time. If I had known, I would have arrived much sooner. I arrived a little after 9 am, but I was only served at 12:10. The doctor was super attentive, but the general care lacked this information to be on a first-come, first-served basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, demora muito e as atendentes que chamam para fazer os exames para renovação de CNH não priorizam ordem de chegada e são bastante abusadas e tratam mal os pacientes.
Bad service, it takes a long time and the attendants who call to take the exams for the renewal of CNH do not prioritize order of arrival and are quite abused and treat patients poorly.
