Pois a pessoas que moram e outra cidade e ligam para garatir o atendimento para não dar viagem perdi.

But from the secretaries the service is horrible!
If they say it opens at 7 am, answer the phone!
Because people who live in another city and call to guarantee the service so as not to give a trip I missed it.
