★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma consulta online, Dra Samantha me passou uma biópsia consegui autorização no convênio quando fui marcar só tinha para o final de dezembro, mas se eu fizesse algum procedimento estético teria para o dia seguinte um absurdo, muito desumana se for gastar aí tem imediato e ainda alegou que é o convênio que manda o material da biópsia depois de uns 20 dias, mentira, reclamei na ouvidoria do convênio e eles falaram que o material da biópsia é do médico, graças a Deus encontrei a Dra Bruna do Dermocenter resolveu meu problema e nem precisei biopsiar.
I made an appointment online, Dr. Samantha gave me a biopsy, I got authorization in the health insurance when I went to book, I only had it for the end of December, but if I did some cosmetic procedure I would have an absurdity, very inhumane if I spend there, there is an immediate and still claimed that it is the agreement that sends the biopsy material after about 20 days, a lie, I complained to the agreement's ombudsman and they said that the biopsy material is from the doctor, thank God I found Dra Bruna from Dermocenter solved my problem and I didn't even need to biopsy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Dr. Sem mínimo de respeito com o paciente. Marquei consulta pela Unimed e ela se quer me atendeu. O pré requisito pra consulta era um exame de 500 reais sem nem entrar no consultório pra falar o que eu tinha. O plano não cobria esse exame. Falei que queria só a consulta pra secretária e ela disse eque não ia me atender se eu não pagasse o tal exame. E assim o fez. Me desloquei 300km pra não ser atendida. Uma baita falta de respeito. Não sabia que existia consulta casada na Unimed.
Terrible attendance. Dr. No respect for the patient. I made an appointment with Unimed and she even attended me. The prerequisite for the consultation was an exam for 500 reais without even entering the office to tell what I had. The plan did not cover this exam. I said that I just wanted a consultation with the secretary and she said that she wouldn't see me if I didn't pay for the exam. And so he did. I traveled 300km to not be assisted. A hell of a lack of respect. I didn't know there was a married consultation at Unimed.
