★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência agradável. Atendimento da recepção extremamente fraco e devagar, o médico solicita a chegada com antecedência de 1h sem necessidade e sem falar no grande atraso para o início do procedimento.
Pleasant experience. Reception service extremely weak and slow, the doctor requests the arrival 1 hour in advance unnecessarily and not to mention the long delay in starting the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não costumo fazer avaliações negativas, portanto, farei desta clínica devido o absurdo que aconteceu. Há mais de 1 mês que havia marcado um médico Proctologista para o meu esposo, chegando o dia da data 08/11 como o horário marcado para às 17h20 a consulta só veio acontecer por volta das 20 horas, e o pior, o médico era Gastroenterologista. Gente, que falta de atenção. Que absurdo!
I don't usually do negative reviews, so I'll do this clinic because of the absurdity that happened. I had scheduled a Proctologist for more than 1 month for my husband, arriving on the date 11/08 as the scheduled time for 5:20 pm, the consultation only came around 8 pm, and the worst thing, the doctor was a Gastroenterologist . Guys, what a lack of attention. How absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi frustrante ! Ontem , dia 09/12/21 , eu e meu marido nos dirigimos ao consultório com horário marcado para as 10:30. Já eram 12:00 horas e ainda haviam 2 pacientes na nossa frente . Notamos que a doutora pausou os atendimentos para esperar uma paciente da sala de espera que quando chegou a sua vez, nao estava la pois havia saido. Se fosse justo a dra deveria ter passado o proximo na frente . Mas não o fez . ZERO PONTUALIDADE E CORDIALIDADE. Quando pagamos para sermos atendidos particular, nao esperamos que a espera seja igual ao do SUS ;)
My experience was frustrating! Yesterday, 12/09/21, my husband and I went to the office with an appointment for 10:30. It was already 12:00 and there were still 2 patients in front of us. We noticed that the doctor paused the appointments to wait for a patient in the waiting room who, when her turn came, was not there because she had left. If it was fair the dr should have passed the next one in front. But he didn't. ZERO PUNCTUALITY AND CORDIALITY. When we pay to be cared for privately, we don't expect the wait to be the same as in the SUS ;)
