★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma consulta com o médico Marcos Rossiter. Cheguei as 08:00h e saí de lá as 09:30h sem ser atendido. Na minha vez de ser atendido, o próprio médico atendeu outra pessoa que deve ser um amigo, um parente...não importa, num claro desrespeito com alguém que que teve de adequar o horário de seus compromissos com o da consulta. Ele pode ser até um bom médico, mas demonstrou ser um não cumpridor da regra, estabelecida pela própria clínica.
I had an appointment with the doctor Marcos Rossiter. I arrived at 08:00 and left there at 09:30 without being attended. On my turn to be seen, the doctor himself saw another person who must be a friend, a relative ... never mind, in a clear disrespect for someone who had to adjust the time of his appointments with the appointment. He may even be a good doctor, but he has shown himself to be a non-compliance with the rule established by the clinic itself.

Receptionists attentive, I was attended by Dr. Marcos Rossiter met me super well and made several recommendations. I was on a city tour, and I needed to go to the emergency room. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência. A atendente e técnica foram muito atenciosas, porém a clínica me parece incapaz de oferecer o serviço de POLISSONOGRAFIA. O quarto que fiquei tinha TV, mas só pegava TV SENADO; Precisei levar coberta e toalha; a técnica passou uns 10 minutos movimentando o aparelho, tirando e colocando o(s) cabo(s) por mal contato; Foi ofertado um remédio para induzir o sono,pois eu havia acordado 2x até 1h, porém precisei tomar da água que levei e para encerrar qd acabou o exame e abri o chuveiro para lavar os cabelos e tirar a pasta...a água era fria.
I didn't have a good experience. The attendant and technician were very attentive, but the clinic seems unable to offer the POLYSONOGRAPHY service. The room I stayed in had a TV, but it only had TV SENADO; I had to bring a blanket and a towel; the technician spent about 10 minutes moving the device, removing and placing the cable(s) due to poor contact; A medicine to induce sleep was offered, as I had woken up 2x until 1 am, but I needed to drink the water I took and to finish it when the exam was over and I turned on the shower to wash my hair and remove the paste...the water was cold .

Consulta agendada para 15:00 às 17:00 ainda tinha três pessoas na minha frente. Isso pq o medico César resolver chegar mais tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível.Ontemm recebi uma mensagem confirmando que o exame seria hoje. Quando eu cheguei na clinica, eles nem sabiam que havia sido marcado, pior nem tinha médico para fazer o exame. Um descaso. Não recomendo e cuidado, quando eles mandarem uma mensagem confirmando não acreditem. Super desorganizados.
Horrible. Yesterday I received a message confirming that the exam would be today. When I arrived at the clinic, they didn't even know I had been scheduled, worse, they didn't even have a doctor to do the exam. A neglect. I don't recommend it and be careful, when they send a message confirming don't believe it. Super disorganized.

The receptionist service was terrible, rude to all patients. The doctor who treated me was excellent, very patient.
