★ ★ ★ ★ ★ marcam um exame, pedem pra chegar 10 minutos antes DE BEXIGA CHEIA e minha irmã está segurando o xixi sem poder urinar (pois altera o resultado do exame) há mais de uma hora, RIDÍCULO!
 they schedule an exam, ask to arrive 10 minutes before FULL BLADDER and my sister has been holding the pee without being able to urinate (because it changes the test result) for over an hour, RIDICULOUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário marcado é só para cumprir tabela, porque não atende no horário, dr . Marcelo como profissional deixa a desejar fiz um tratamento com ele onde parece que eu como paciente sabia mais do assunto do que ele, não resolveu meu problema! Não recomendo.
Appointed time is just to comply with the schedule, because you don't meet on time, dr. Marcelo as a professional leaves something to be desired I did a treatment with him where it seems that as a patient I knew more about the subject than he did, it didn't solve my problem! I do not recommend.

Ligaram para remarcar mas não para confirmar o horário no dia?!? Acha que a gente é palhaço!
Terrible service, they rescheduled my appointment over the phone without sending me a copy of the reschedule, told me it was for the next day at 4:30 pm I got there, told me the appointment was for 3:30 pm
Did they call to reschedule but not to confirm the time of day?!? Think we're clowns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido no horário marcado sem novidade, o médico em questão identificou o problema de imediato e ainda me orientou a esperar os remédios agirem antes de fazer o exame para evitar a dor.
