Levei m cãozinho filhote e foi uma luta p vacinar, primeiro ela deixou a agulha espetada e largou o bichinho, na segunda tentativa ele gritou tanto e ela sem nenhum contato apenas falou q ele era muito dramático. Detestei. Além de ser mais caro que a média.

The company let my friend's dog run away and did not provide due help in such a delicate moment and when they found it they still asked if they wanted to bathe the dog as if nothing had happened. Zero professionalism !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é um lugar confiável para deixar seus cachorros tosarem. Deixei mensagem detalhada no WhatsApp da clínica de como queria a tosa da minha filhote. Não tosaram, só deram banho e cortaram metade do pelo do rosto dela, sendo que deixei claro que não era para cortar. Nunca mais!!!!
Not a reliable place to let your dogs shave. I left a detailed message on WhatsApp from the clinic about how I wanted my puppy to be groomed. They didn't shave, they just bathed and cut half the hair off her face, and I made it clear that it wasn't to be cut. Never!!!!
