★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior coisa que eu fiz o serviço era só fazer uma prótese é uma limpeza fiz o pagamento é não conseguiram fazer a prótese depois de três tentativas desistiram e disseram que iriam devolver o dinheiro na hora de te atender qualquer um resolve depois é um tal de administrador e assim se passaram dois meses tirem suas próprias conclusões não indico!
The worst thing I did the service was just make a prosthesis is a cleaning I made the payment is failed to make the prosthesis after three attempts gave up and said they would return the money in time to meet you anyone resolves after is such a administrator and so two months passed draw their own conclusions I do not indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clinica os profissionais são amadores fiz um canal 5 messes depois o problema voltou com uma dor insuportável, voltei na clínica falei dobre o q aconteceu eles nem ligarão pele q falei é cobrou um absurdo para refazer fui na concorrência do lado sem palavras no atendimento nos preços e os profissionais excelente. Primeira clínica q fui péssima não recomendo.
Bad clinic professionals are amateurs I made a channel 5 months later the problem came back with unbearable pain, I went back to the clinic I said double what happened they will not even call skin Q I said it was absurd to redo I went to the competition on the side without words in the service in prices and the professionals excellent. First clinic was terrible I do not recommend.

fiz manutenção com a Dra Lorena
quando deu o tempo de retirar o aparelho fui até a clínica fazer o molde para fazer o aparelho móvel, assim fizeram o molde e marcaram pra eu ir retirar o fixo e colocar o móvel liguei antes para saber se o móvel havia chegado porem a recepcionista me informou q não e ficou de verificar é me ligar
passando assim 1 mês liguei novamente e fui informada q ainda não tinha chegado esperei mais 1 semana a mesma recepcionista ficou de me ligar e nada
liguei novamente e fui informada não tinha meu molde q a Dra Lorena disse para eu ir até a clínica pra conversar com ela, como se eu não tivesse nada pra fazer pois trabalho de domingo a domingo, consegui sair mais cedo do trabalho chegando na clínica a Dra Lorena disse q era pra eu esperar ela atender todos os pacientes q estavam na clínica que depois ela me atendia,perai eles perdem o meu molde e eu fico 2 meses esperando é ainda tenho q esperar a Boa vontade foi a maior confusão e quando ela me atendeu foi toda irônica como se tivesse me fazendo um favor
neim ao menos se desculpou ficou colocando a culpa em uma funcionária q neim estava lá pra se defender fiquei decepcionada com atitude dela.
por fim fiz o molde novamente demorou mais.10 dias.
nunca mais volto nessa clínica falta de respeito com o cliente.
E tenho um primo q foi tratar um dente mexeram no dente errado e o coitado teve q ir pra outra clínica arrumar o q eles fizeram
entrou com 1 problema e saiu com 2
E como sempre foram irônicos e arrogantes como se o Cliente tivesse culpa nos erros deles

I called again and was informed I didn't have my mold. Dr. Lorena told me to go to the clinic to talk to her, as if I had nothing to do because I work from Sunday to Sunday, I managed to get out of work earlier arriving at the clinic. Lorena said that I was supposed to wait for her to see all the patients that were in the clinic that afterwards she attended to me, wait they lose my mold and I spend 2 months waiting and I still have to wait. The goodwill was the biggest confusion and when she told me answered it was all ironic as if you were doing me a favor
neim at least apologized was putting the blame on an employee q neim was there to defend myself I was disappointed with her attitude.
finally i made the mold again it took 10 more days.
I never come back to this clinic again, lack of respect for the client.
And I have a cousin who went to treat a tooth they touched the wrong tooth and the poor guy had to go to another clinic to fix what they did
entered with 1 problem and left with 2
And as they were always ironic and arrogant as if the Client was to blame for their mistakes
regrettable lack of respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o meu tratamento ortodôntico na clinica. Passei anos com aparelho em outra empresa e só quando fui para a Clinicas Inteligentes, consegui finaliza-lo e retirar o aparelho.
Custo beneficio é ótimo.
Sem falar na Dr. Lorena, profissional com empatia pelo paciente.
Parabéns a todos
I loved my orthodontic treatment at the clinic. I spent years with a device in another company and only when I went to Clinicas Inteligentes, I managed to finish it and remove the device.
Cost benefit is great.
Not to mention Dr. Lorena, a professional with empathy for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, demora no atendimento, minha sobrinha começou tratamento com aparelhos elas não terminaram atendimentos alegando não ter profissionais no dia! Minha sobrinha foi embora sem colocar aparelho inferior! Paguei caro pra um tratamento pela metade!! Fiquei desepcionada!
I didn't like it, delay in service, my niece started treatment with appliances they didn't finish appointments claiming they didn't have professionals on the day! My niece left without putting on lower braces! I paid dearly for a treatment in half!! I was disappointed!

É estranho o modo que os dentistas da clínica trabalham, o primeiro fez com que eu fizesse uma documentação que não era necessário, por que na hora que falei com a doutora de hoje ela já me falou que não era necessário aparelho para resolver o problema ou seja não tinha necessidade.
Aí me mandaram mensagem falando sobre montagem de aparelho imaginei que já tinham avaliado meu caso e que realmente seria necessário usar o aparelho. Paguei a montagem que não existiu fiquei 5 minutos na sala com a dentista e não quiseram me reembolsar Absurdo! Tá muito fácil ganhar dinheiro assim..
