Porém demora muito!!!!
Até para mostrar um óculos a pessoa tem que esperar 1hr isso não existe e só tinha eu pra ele ver se estava tudo certo.
Precisa melhorar muito.
 Customer service is good.
But it takes too long !!!!
Even to show a pair of glasses, you have to wait 1 hour, it doesn't exist and I just had to see if everything was right.
It needs to improve a lot.

â â â â â O atendimento com o oftalmologista (JosĂ© MĂĄrio) foi Ăłtimo. Contudo, pelo fato de as consultas serem por ordem de chegada, tive de esperar 1h45 para ser atendido. Ainda, o atendimento pelo recepção Ă© pĂ©ssimo, com pouca prestatividade e muita cara feia. Sugiro atenderem melhor os pacientes.
The service with the ophthalmologist (José Mårio) was great. However, due to the fact that the consultations are on a first-come, first-served basis, I had to wait 1h45 to be answered. Still, the service by the reception is terrible, with little helpfulness and a lot of frown. I suggest to better serve the patients.

Cheguei de 15 hrs e sai eram mais de 19 hrs! SĂł nĂŁo fui embora antes porque jĂĄ tinha pagado o exame de vista na Ăłtica.
Absurdo!
Desrespeito total com o cliente.
I don't recommend this place to anyone! It's just ridiculous.
I was waiting for more than 4 hours to finish my service!
I arrived from 15 hrs and left it was more than 19 hrs! I just didn't leave before because I had already paid for the eye exam.
Absurd!
Total disrespect to the customer.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. People 2 hours in line! A total disorganization nobody understands anything. They made an appointment from 9 to 10. More than 30 people waiting. 10:40 already and not even the doctor had arrived.

Um tal dr Nelson(se nĂŁo me engano) endocrinologista pĂ©ssimo profissional, mal faz aferição de pressĂŁo ou medição de peso do paciente, eu que que tive que pedir pra fazer no meu pai, nĂŁo tira dĂșvidas, nĂŁo esclarece o que se eh perguntado. Passem longe desse (profissional)!!
Terrible clinic, horrible reception, it seems that you are asking the attendants for a favor, who are always frowning. Long service! A Dr Nelson (if I'm not mistaken) a terrible professional endocrinologist, he barely checks the patient's blood pressure or weight, I'm the one who had to ask my father to do it, he doesn't ask questions, he doesn't clarify what he's asked. Stay away from this (professional)!!

PorĂ©m, a recepção deixou a desejar, depois de quase 30 minutos que eu cheguei perguntei quantas pessoas estavam na minha frente na fila. A moça da recepção a qual saiu de lĂĄ umas 5 horas, simplesmente foi verificar e se esqueceu de me informar.

Por fim, fiquei meio perdido em qual posição da fila eu estava porque a moça que ficou sozinha na recepção me informou que eu era o 7, mas entrou umas 10 pessoas porque precisavam revisar seus óculos. Não custava nada ela ter sido gentil e me avisado.

Esperei 4 horas e 30 minutos para ser atendido.
Dr. José Mårio de Souza is an incredible doctor, very attentive and very professional I recommend. However, the reception left something to be desired, after almost 30 minutes that I arrived I asked how many people were in front of me in the queue. The girl at the reception who left about 5 hours ago, just went to check and forgot to inform me.

Finally, I was a little lost in what position in the queue I was in because the girl who was alone at the reception informed me that I was 7, but about 10 people came in because they needed to check their glasses. It didn't hurt that she was kind and warned me.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC. I've been waiting for 5 hours to be called. No call order, bad service. Many complain, leave and do nothing. Complete chaos.

â â â â â Bom custo benefĂcio e profissionais, entretanto o atendimento fica a desejar. Atendentes sem mĂĄscara mesmo na pandemia. Consulta com horĂĄrio marcado que o mĂ©dico atrasa 30min para começar a atender. AlĂ©m disso mesmo sabendo que a consulta era para oftalmologista os atendentes esqueceram de iniciar a dilatação da pupila antes da consulta.
