★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendam o exame para o período da manhã e quando a gente é atendido é a tarde.
Seria tão simples agendar para manhã o que é possível ser feito até meio dia e fazer outra agenda pro período da tarde.
Não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento, fui bem atendida, o lugar é limpo, bons profissionais, mas essa parte da organização dos horários (agenda) para evitar longas esperas deveria ser resolvido, muitas pessoas reclamam da mesma coisa por isso coloquei duas estrelas ninguém gosta de esperar várias horas, principalmente quando liga antes para agendar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima forma de atendimento, por ordem de chegada, leva um idoso às 13 hs e vão realizar o exame às 18 hs, absurdo, isso que dizem ser prioritário. Tão simples, era só agendar por horário pelo menos aproximado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Fui fazer exame de ultrassonografia, cheguei á 07:30h em jejum, saí ás 10h sem realizar o exame, demora horrível, total falta de respeito com os pacientes, salas lotadas. Absurdo total. Não recomendo.
Terrible! I went for an ultrasound exam, I arrived at 7:30 am fasting, I left at 10 am without taking the exam, horrible delay, total lack of respect for patients, crowded rooms. Total nonsense. I do not recommend.

Enquanto a demora, temos que entender que não é só a gente que vai realizar, tem outras pessoas e temos que esperar a nossa vez, vivemos numa sociedade tão doente e egoista que sempre queremos as coisas nas pressas e sempre querendo passar na frente das outras pessoas.
