★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local péssimo, não tem responsabilidade em horário, exame da minha mãe tava marcado pra 15horas e já são 18horas e nada dela ser chamada. Conversando com outras pessoas no local mais maos uma 4 pessoas também marcada pra 15horas.
Não recomendo de forma alguma.
A terrible place, there is no responsibility for the time, my mother's exam was scheduled for 3:00 pm and it's already 6:00 pm and nothing for her to be called. Talking to other people in the place plus 4 people also scheduled for 15 hours.
I don't recommend it at all.

As far as prices are concerned, without a doubt one of the best, as far as service is concerned, without a doubt the worst. A show of disrespect to the human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense em um atendimento demorado. Se o seu for pela manhã leve seu almoço. Se for marcado pra tarde leve o jantar, um travesseiro e um cobertor. É triste o chá de cadeira que vc leva.
Think of a long service. If yours is in the morning, bring your lunch. If scheduled for the afternoon, bring dinner, a pillow and a blanket. It's sad the chair tea you take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende telefone. E não consegue atender ninguém na hora marcada. O pior atendimento em clínica particular que já vi, pode ser SUS ou pagando é o mesmo padrão de atendimento. Horrível.
Nobody answers the phone. And you can't answer anyone at the appointed time. The worst service in a private clinic I've ever seen, it can be SUS or paying is the same standard of care. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são ótimos mais o atendimento é péssimo demora demais o atendimento e principalmente a entregar dos exames nunca estão prontos dentro do prazo dado por eles.
The prices are great but the service is terrible, the service takes too long and especially the delivery of the exams are never ready within the deadline given by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp. Sobre documentações necessária. Informaram uma coisa e cobraram outra. Perdi parte do horário de trabalho. Atendimento ruim. Não deram outra opção para atender. Atendente sem interesse em ajudar. Fui no mesmo dia em outra clínica e fui atendida sem problema algum.
