 Great service, I recommend it, Dr. Tarciana, good people, my kitten thought she was going to die, but thanks to her and God she's okay. Clinic Great, the consultation is worth 80 more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente (e a Melzinha paciente) da Clinipet desde 2018 e sempre fomos bem atendidos pela Dra Tarciana. Todavia, na data de ontem (29/04/2022) a Melzinha teve uma crise de engasgo/tosse e eu, desesperado, entrei em contato suplicando para a Dra atende-la e me disseram que se eu chegasse até às 17h seria possível. Fui o mais rápido possível e cheguei às 17h05min e simplesmente não quiseram atender a Mel, sendo que a secretária alegou que a Dra já havia saído (o que eu sei que é mentira, pois ouvi a voz dela conversando com um cliente que estava saindo da consulta). Mesmo desesperado, tive que procurar outro local onde, graças a Deus, notaram a urgência da situação e atenderam a Melzinha muito bem. Por isso fica o alerta para quem é cliente da Clinipet: Se um dia seu animal estiver precisando de atendimento de urgência ou emergência e tiver passado 1 minuto do horário seu cão não será atendido e isso irá colocar a vida dele em risco. Diante deste descaso e falta de empatia com o próximo e de consideração com um cliente antigo, espero que nunca mais eu precise pisar nesta clínica. NAO recomendo
I was a client (and Melzinha a patient) of Clinipet since 2018 and we were always well attended by Dr Tarciana. However, on yesterday's date (29/04/2022) Melzinha had a choking/coughing crisis and I, desperate, got in touch begging the Dr to attend her and they told me that if I arrived until 17:00 it would be possible. I went as fast as possible and arrived at 5:05 pm and they simply did not want to attend to Mel, and the secretary claimed that the Dr had already left (which I know is a lie, as I heard her voice talking to a client who was leaving the Query). Even desperate, I had to look for another place where, thank God, they noticed the urgency of the situation and they took care of Melzinha very well. That's why there's a warning for those who are clients of Clinipet: If one day your animal needs urgent or emergency care and 1 minute has passed, your dog will not be attended and this will put his life at risk. Faced with this neglect and lack of empathy for others and consideration for a former client, I hope I never need to step foot in this clinic again. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido e de qualidade. A veterinária é muito carinhosa com os nossos pets e nos orienta bastante. Lá tem uns mais lindos: uma cachorra e um gato persa. Fiz encanta de sangue e foi onde encontro mais barato pelo bairro.
Fast and quality service. The vet is very affectionate with our pets and guides us a lot. There are more beautiful ones there: a dog and a Persian cat. I made a blood enchantment and that's where I find it cheaper in the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota mil. Dra Tarciana é veterinária por vocação, pelo dom, como deveria ser todos os profissionais. Super atenciosa, minha gata q é arisca, lá ficou bem a vontade, a Dra tem 1 jeito todo especial p lidar com animais.
A clínica é espaçosa, muito limpa, acolhedora. Super recomendo !
Service note a thousand. Dr Tarciana is a veterinarian by vocation, by gift, as all professionals should be. Super attentive, my cat who is skittish, she was very comfortable there, Dr. has a very special way of dealing with animals.
The clinic is spacious, very clean, welcoming. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o ano de 2018 a Melzinha era paciente da Dra Tarciana. Foi então que no dia 29/04/2022 a Melzinha teve uma crise de tosse (no primeiro momento eu achei que era engasgo e fiquei desesperado) motivo pelo qual eu a levei imediatamente à Clinipet. Cheguei lá por volta das 17h03min (o atendimento é até as 17h) e quando cheguei o tratamento que tive foi de causar revolta e indignação, visto que a secretária alegou que a Dra Tarciana já havia saído, uma grande mentira, pois ouvi a voz dela conversando com um cliente que estava saindo da consulta, inclusive com o cachorrinho na coleira. Cheguei à conclusão que para a Dra. Tarciana (independentemente da capacitação profissional dela) o estrito cumprimento do horário de atendimento é mais importante do que a vida da minha cachorra, ou seja, não importa se o animal está com uma emergência de saúde ou não, quando o relógio atinge 17h o atendimento é encerrado e acabou-se. Se alguém duvidar ou questionar esta avaliação, tenho toda a conversa salva no Whatsapp, ou seja, tenho a prova da negligência. O correto seria eu fazer uma denúncia no CRMV-CE, mas não a farei para evitar ainda mais aborrecimentos. Graças a Deus consegui atendimento para a Melzinha em outro local, onde encontrei uma profissional séria e preocupada com a saúde/vida dos animais. Pense bem antes de procurar atendimento nesta clínica!
Since 2018 Melzinha was a patient of Dr Tarciana. It was then that on 04/29/2022 Melzinha had a coughing crisis (at first I thought it was choking and I was desperate) which is why I immediately took her to Clinipet. I got there around 5:03 pm (the service is until 5 pm) and when I arrived the treatment I had was to cause revolt and indignation, since the secretary claimed that Dr Tarciana had already left, a big lie, because I heard her voice talking to a client who was leaving the appointment, including the puppy on a leash. I came to the conclusion that for Dr. Tarciana (regardless of her professional training) strict compliance with the opening hours is more important than the life of my dog, that is, it does not matter if the animal has a health emergency or not, when the clock strikes 5 pm the service is closed and finished. If anyone doubts or questions this review, I have the entire conversation saved on Whatsapp, that is, I have proof of negligence. The right thing would be for me to file a complaint with CRMV-CE, but I won't do it to avoid even more annoyance. Thank God I got Melzinha care in another place, where I found a serious professional and concerned about the health/life of the animals. Think carefully before seeking care at this clinic!
