★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, mas a veterinária não é acessível, o telefone que a veterinária disponibiliza só funciona nos horários de atendimento comercial. Minha gatinha passou mal e não recebeu o acompanhamento necessário nos dias após operação e faleceu dois dias depois. Extremamente necessário os profissionais da saúde, ainda que animal, serem mais humanizados, entender que trabalha com vidas e não um concerto de carro (e etc.).
The service is very good, but the vet is not accessible, the phone that the vet provides only works during business hours. My kitten was sick and did not receive the necessary follow-up in the days after the operation and died two days later. It is extremely necessary for health professionals, even if animals, to be more humanized, to understand that they work with lives and not a car concert (and etc.).
