★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, uma vergonha, infelizmente cai na lábia paguei um valor alto por um serviço que terei que refazer, não existe qualidade, não atendem no horário, só passei raiva em todos os sentidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com os horários marcados, os atendentes da recepção não são receptivos e não tentam resolver as situações junto ao profissional. Nós deixa esperando sem soluções.
Me informaram que uma certa profissional realiza avaliação todos os dias, compareci a unidade 4 vezes em períodos diferentes e sempre sendo informada que neste dia ela não está realizando avaliação.
Nunca se disponibilizaram a resolver a situação e nem se quer falar com a tal da Dr. Angélica.
So continuei indo a clínica por causa da cobertura do convênio, mais são totalmente derespeitosos com o cliente.

They informed me that a certain professional assessment done every day, attended 4 times unit at different times and always being told that this day she is not performing evaluation.
Never were available to resolve the situation and did not even speak to such of Dr. Angelica.
So I kept going to the clinic because of the covenant of coverage, most are fully derespeitosos with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei incrível o atendimento dos dentistas. A recepção um pouco lenta, mas nada demais também. Recomendo total. Fiz meu implante na Cliorp e não me arrependo!!!!!!!
I found the dentists' service amazing. The reception is a little slow, but nothing too much either. Totally recommend. I had my implant at Cliorp and I don't regret it!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Desrespeito total, fiquei mais de uma hora aguardando atendimento pra ter um péssimo serviço. A clínica é ruim desde a recepção até o profissional que se diz odontólogo. Foi a pior limpeza que já fiz. Não recomendo de forma alguma, não vale a pena.
Terrible attendance. Total disrespect, I spent more than an hour waiting for assistance to have a terrible service. The clinic is bad from the reception to the professional who calls himself a dentist. It was the worst cleaning I've ever done. I don't recommend it at all, it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de ter a oportunidade de não dar nenhuma estrela, pois o desrespeito com os clientes é absurdo, me disseram que tinha horário de 8:00hs da manhã aí marquei pra esse horário sendo que tinha outros compromissos a cumprir posteriormente a esse horário, a atendente disse que o dentista iria se atrasar, fui atendido 9:40, se não tem capacidade de atender nesse horário e pra que marcam?
Colocam outras pessoas na sua frente, só lembrando que não é a primeira vez que acontece isso comigo nessa clínica.
Não recomendo a ninguém ir nessa clínica. Total desrespeito com os clientes, essa clínica chamada Cliorp pra chegar a ser ruim precisa melhorar muito.

Profissionais que chegam mais tarde que o horário marcado e atendentes que agem como se não estivéssemos pagando.
Meu horário estava marcado para 9h e fui ser atendida mais de 2 horas depois. (E não foi só comigo ou uma vez que essas coisas aconteceram)
Nunca mais volto nesse lugar.

Professionals who arrive later than the scheduled time and attendants who act as if we are not paying.
My schedule was scheduled for 9 am and I was attended more than 2 hours later. (And it wasn't just me or once these things happened)
I'll never go back to that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tente um atendimento de urgência na madrugada, a clínica fica fechada tentamos várias vezes tocar a campainha sem sucesso e por telefone chama e na única vez que consegui que atendessem a pessoa que estava com sono não falava nada que fosse possível entender e depois não consegui que atendesse, resultado tenho q esperar o horário comercial para conseguir atendimento em outra clínica.
Don't even try an emergency service at dawn, the clinic is closed we tried several times to ring the bell without success and by phone calls and the only time I got them to answer the person who was sleepy didn't say anything that was possible to understand and then I couldn't that would answer, as a result I have to wait for business hours to get service at another clinic.

Quando você precisa fazer uma avaliação com um médico e eles não sabem se o médico faz esse tipo de avaliação mandam você marcar uma consulta primeiro, só pra perguntar ao médico se ele faz o que você precisa. Não tem uma lista de procedimentos que o profissional faz e nem uma alma gentil que possa perguntar ao médico. Quem tá jogando dinheiro aps ventos para pagar 250 reais para saber se o médico faz o que você precisa ou não? Piada que fala né?!
It is a clinic with terrible service and administration staff. When you need to do an evaluation with a doctor and they don't know if the doctor does this type of evaluation, they tell you to make an appointment first, just to ask the doctor if he does what you need. It doesn't have a list of procedures that the professional does and not a kind soul that can ask the doctor. Who's throwing money after the wind to pay 250 reais to know if the doctor does what you need or not? Joke that speaks right?!
