★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha primeira consulta estava marcada para dia 6/11 e ao chegar no consultório, fui informada que a Dra Nancy não iria chegar por problemas pessoais. Não vou mentir que fiquei decepcionada por não ter sido avisada com antecedência. Bom, remarquei para hoje dia 12/11, fui bem recepcionada pela moça do consultório, mas pela Dra...achei o atendimento péssimo. Me senti constrangida, deu sinceramente vontade de ir embora (não fui embora por respeito). Achei essa Dra extremamente grosseira, sem respeito, deu risada de um problema que eu contei, fez suposições que não eram verdadeiras. Tentei ver um lado bom, mas só saí pior do que entrei no consultório dela. Sinceramente, dá vontade de mandar uma carta ao convênio relatando tudo isso e ver se eles fazem algo a respeito. Mas atesto: NÃO RECOMENDO NUNCA!
 My first appointment was scheduled for 6/11 and upon arriving at the office, I was informed that Dr. Nancy would not arrive for personal problems. I will not lie that I was disappointed that I was not notified in advance. Well, I rescheduled for today 11/11, I was well received by the girl in the office, but by Dr. ... I found the service terrible. I felt embarrassed, sincerely wanted to leave (I didn't leave out of respect). I found this Dr. extremely rude, disrespectful, laughed at a problem I told, made assumptions that weren't true. I tried to see a good side, but it only came out worse than I entered her office. Honestly, you want to send a letter to the covenant reporting all this and see if they do anything about it. But I attest: I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra. Nancy me atende há alguns anos e não troco a consulta dela por nenhuma outra no mundo. É extremamente atenciosa, cuidadosa e se preocupa em explicar tudo detalhadamente, para que o paciente saia sem nenhuma duvida. Me foi indicada por uma amiga que também a adora.
Dr. Nancy has been with me for some years and I do not exchange her consultation for any other in the world. She is extremely attentive, careful and is concerned with explaining everything in detail, so that the patient leaves without any doubt. I was referred by a friend who also adores her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que para avaliar tem que dar estrela. A Dra. simplesmente viajou, não deixou receita nem medicação, e talvez volte na próxima semana. Falta de conduta médica, irresponsabilidade com os pacientes que tomam medicação controlada. E agora? Crise de abstinência? Pacientes que se lasquem. Não recomendo, secretaria não me deu resposta nenhuma, nunca mais piso nesse consultório imundo.
Too bad you have to give a star to evaluate. Dr. simply traveled, left no prescription or medication, and may come back next week. Lack of medical conduct, irresponsibility with patients who take controlled medication. And now? Abstinence crisis? Patients who get splintered. I don't recommend it, the secretary didn't give me any answer, I'll never step into that filthy office again.

Relatou que a recepcionista é muito profissional, educada e atenciosa, porém, não se pode dizer o mesmo da psiquiatra, que se apresentou super grosseira, indiferente ao problema do paciente, fez colocações inapropriadas em relação aos relatos do paciente. Demonstrando falta de ética profissional, principalmente por se tratar do emocional da pessoa, ela deveria demonstrar mais respeito, amor pela profissão e tratar com educação aqueles que a procuram... não recomendado a ninguém, pois minha mãe disse que ela está na profissão errada, que ao invés de tratar os pacientes, só os deixa pior emocionalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultório imundo com móveis quebrados, um tipo de lençol cobrindo o sofá (não quero nem imaginar o estado do mesmo...) , piso que não vê limpeza há tempos. Isso tudo em tempos que temos que ter mais cuidado ainda com limpeza.
Aí você conhece a médica, ela praticamente fala só de si mesma, incluindo pelo menos dez minutos contando de seus traumas de infância em um colégio. Saí do consultório com a certeza que jamais voltarei.
Filthy office with broken furniture, a type of sheet covering the sofa (I don't even want to imagine the state of it...) , floors that haven't seen cleaning for a long time. This is all in times when we have to be even more careful with cleaning.
Then you meet the doctor, she pretty much just talks about herself, including at least ten minutes recounting her childhood traumas in high school. I left the office with the certainty that I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você veio aqui buscando indicação, leia com carinho o que aconteceu em minha consulta e repare que a maioria das avalições são negativas e agora entendo por que! Infelizmente, tenho que dar uma estrela para comentar, porque daria nota MENOS 50 pra essa psiquiatra. A secretária é educada e simpática, não pode-se dizer o mesmo da médica. Nunca fui tão maltratada e humilhada em toda minha vida e estou enfrentando um quadro severo de depressão, que inclusive foi minha psicóloga que me encaminhou a uma consulta psiquiátrica, pois achou necessário. Minha psicóloga escreveu até uma carta/laudo para atestar minha condição mental e essa dra. Nancy leu com descaso, se é que leu inteira. Ficou falando que eu tenho que enfrentar a vida. Comecei a contar os meus traumas e o que me levou a este quadro, ela me cortava com assuntos irrelevantes tentando me convencer que a vida é assim mesmo, me incentivando a enfrentar coisas das quais eu tenho dificuldade, ao invés de me orientar com profissionalismo e atenção, ela falava com desdém, antipatia e descaso. Olha, eu só não xinguei e mandei tomar naquele lugar, pois não queria descer ao nível dela, que já é um nível bem difícil de engolir. Só continuei tratando-a com respeito, porque não foi a educação que eu tive retribuir na mesma moeda, mas que deu vontade de descer do salto, deu sim, pra vocês terem uma noção da falta de noção e do nível de desrespeito que essa pessoa que não merece nem ser chamada de profissional tem com os pacientes. Parecia que eu estava conversando com uma coleguinha de classe do ensino fundamental. Ainda vou denunciá-la no cremesp assim que tiver um tempinho e sugiro que quem passou por isso com ela, faça o mesmo, senão continuará impune e fazendo o oposto do que se propôs quando fez juramento ao se formar nessa profissão.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star to comment, because I would rate this psychiatrist MINUS 50. The secretary is polite and friendly, the same cannot be said for the doctor. I've never been so mistreated and humiliated in my entire life and I'm facing a severe depression, which was even my psychologist who referred me to a psychiatric consultation, because she thought it was necessary. My psychologist even wrote a letter/report to attest to my mental condition and this Dr. Nancy read it casually, if she read it at all. He kept saying that I have to face life. I started to talk about my traumas and what led me to this situation, she cut me off with irrelevant issues trying to convince me that life is like that, encouraging me to face things I have difficulty with, instead of guiding me with professionalism and attention, she spoke with disdain, dislike, and disregard. Look, I just didn't curse and had it taken there, because I didn't want to get down to her level, which is already a very difficult level to swallow. I just continued to treat her with respect, because it wasn't the education I had to reciprocate in the same coin, but it made me want to get off the jump, yes, for you to have an idea of the lack of concept and the level of disrespect that this person who doesn't even deserve to be called a professional has with patients. It felt like I was talking to an elementary school classmate. I'm still going to report her on cremesp as soon as I have a little time and I suggest that whoever went through this with her, do the same, otherwise she'll continue unpunished and doing the opposite of what she proposed when she took the oath upon graduating in this profession.
