★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Agendamento pela atendente completamente desorganizado e desencontro total de informações entre a atendente e a profissional. Profissional marcou duas consultas on-line e não confirmou, muito menos apareceu para realizá-las. Eu tive que entrar em contato para confirmar como tinha ficado o agendamento porque a profissional novamente não apareceu. Na consulta presencial cheguei no consultorio e a profissional não estava, alegando que tinha entendido que a consulta era on-line.
 Terrible service! Scheduling by the attendant completely disorganized and total mismatch of information between the attendant and the professional. Professional made two appointments online and did not confirm, much less show up to perform them. I had to get in touch to confirm how the appointment went because the professional again didn't show up. In the face-to-face consultation I arrived at the office and the professional was not there, claiming that she had understood that the consultation was online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima. Fui na primeira consulta e nunca mais voltei. Comecei falando do motivo que eu tinha procurado uma psicóloga e após uns minutos falando, percebi que a profissional não estava prestando atenção no que eu estava falando. Ela simplesmente estava viajando… até que parei de falar e ela percebeu que eu vi que ela não estava nem aí.. uma situação 100% desconfortável. Não recomendo!
It was bad. I went for the first appointment and never went back. I started talking about the reason I had looked for a psychologist and after a few minutes talking, I realized that the professional was not paying attention to what I was saying. She was just traveling… until I stopped talking and she realized that I saw that she didn't care.. a 100% uncomfortable situation. I do not recommend!
