★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, precisa urgentemente mudar as atendentes da marcação, minha mãe com 85 anos caiu e fui marcar um RNM da coluna lombar; pegaram o pedido as 10h da manhã paea autorização e ficaram de ligar mara marcar e até o dia seguinte não ligaram e o telefone não atende de forma alguma. Acredito que um plano de saúde Bradesco Top jamais precisaria de 36 h para autorizar. Infelizmente tive que pedir de volta o pedido e fazer em outro lugar que a autorização saiu em menos de 1h.
Muito triste para nosaa cidade. As vezes temos que sair daqui para fazer exames em outra cidade.
Terrible, urgent need to change the appointment attendants, my 85-year-old mother fell and I went to book an MRI of the lumbar spine; they took the order at 10 am for authorization and called to make an appointment and until the next day they did not call and the phone does not answer at all. I believe that a Bradesco Top health plan would never need 36 hours to authorize. Unfortunately I had to ask for the order back and do it elsewhere because the authorization came out in less than 1 hour.
Very sad for our city. Sometimes we have to leave here for exams in another city.
