A Dra. Suzane Ă© muito gentil e cordial, com os pacientes e colegas de trabalho, mas o Dr. Roberto Carlos Ă© muito bom em tĂ©cnica, fez o trabalho muito bem, mas Ă© um pouco arrogante e grosso tambĂ©m, ele foi bastante grosso comigo na maca enquanto extraĂa meu dente e vi ele gritando com a colega de trabalho tambĂ©m, pelo que vejo Ă© um ambiente de muita pressĂŁo, dĂĄ pra ver no rosto das recepcionistas. Eu vi essa diferença gritante quando eu fui em outra clĂnica posteriormente e era tuuuudo diferente. Tratamento ao paciente muito melhor do que na ClĂreo. NĂŁo vou falar o nome do local pra nĂŁo dizerem que estou fazendo propaganda.

Dr. Suzane is very kind and cordial, with patients and co-workers, but Dr. Roberto Carlos is very good at technique, he did the job very well, but he is a bit arrogant and thick too, he was quite thick with me on the stretcher while extracting my tooth and I saw him yelling at his co-worker too, from what I see it is an environment of a lot of pressure, you can see it on the receptionists face. I saw this stark difference when I went to another clinic afterwards and it was soooo different. Much better treatment for the patient than in ClĂreo. I'm not going to say the name of the place so they don't say I'm advertising.

Cheguei as 8:00 da manhĂŁ conforme orientada pela secretĂĄria, ao telefone e fui atendida as 11:00 da manhĂŁ, o dentista pediu que eu voltasse as 14:00 com os medicamentos receitado pra fazer a cirurgia extração do siso e quando cheguei ele se recusou a me atender porque eu optei a fazer o procedimento cirĂșrgico que o meu plano de saĂșde cobria e nĂŁo pelo procedimento alternativo ofertado por ele de forma particular que custaria R$4400,00
O golpe tĂĄ ai, cai quem quer.
