★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não tem atendimento preferencial , dizem que é por ondem de chegada mas as secretarías deixam passar na frente pessoas que chegaram depois por amizade. Isso é um descaso em plena pandemia.
Lousy service, there is no preferential service, they say it is due to arrival but the secretaries let people who arrived afterwards out of friendship pass in front. This is a neglect in the middle of a pandemic.

Em tempos de pandemia, que somos grupo de risco e não há nenhum respeito. E quando questionado à recepção, dizem que estão intercalando, quando na verdade não estão. Outro fator é a lotação das salas de espera, onde o distanciamento não é respeitado.
The clinic does not offer preferential care. They leave pregnant women waiting for HOURS to do a simple ultrasound. In times of pandemic, we are a risk group and there is no respect. And when asked to the reception, they say that they are intercalating, when in fact they are not. Another factor is the capacity of the waiting rooms, where the distance is not respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionárias não atendem bem e nem respondem whatsapp. O ginecologista falou que eu precisaria fazer um procedimento que custaria 500 reais quando fui ver em outra clínica era 100, discrepância absurda.
Employees don't answer well and don't even answer whatsapp. The gynecologist said that I would need to have a procedure that would cost 500 reais when I went to see it at another clinic it was 100, an absurd discrepancy.
