★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Clóves foi atencioso durante a consulta, mas infelizmente estive duas vezes no consultório perguntando valores sobre o procedimento, ele não passou. Ficou de me dar um retorno com orçamento no dia seguinte e até hoje não obtive o retorno, isso já faz uma semana. Infelizmente nesse meio tempo eu tive complicações e precisei fazer uma cirurgia de urgência em outra cidade. Felizmente ocorreu tudo bem. Inclusive, a abordagem cirúrgica realizada pelo outro cirurgião divergiu da abordagem apresentada pelo Dr Cloves. Ele havia dito que seria necessário realizar uma incisão vertical no abdômen, afirmando que não seria possível fazer a cirurgia por videolaparoscopia. Meu procedimento foi realizado integralmente por video, o que possibilitou a preservação de todos os órgãos e uma recuperação mais rápida.
 Dr Clóves was attentive during the consultation, but unfortunately I was twice in the office asking for values about the procedure, he did not pass. It was to give me a return with budget the next day and until today I have not received the return, that has been a week. Unfortunately, in the meantime, I had complications and needed to have an emergency surgery in another city. Fortunately, everything went well. In fact, the surgical approach performed by the other surgeon differed from the approach presented by Dr Cloves. He had said that it would be necessary to make a vertical incision in the abdomen, saying that it would not be possible to perform the surgery by laparoscopy. My procedure was performed entirely by video, which allowed the preservation of all organs and a faster recovery.
