É um ambiente que contribui para a Iniciação científica infantojuvenil assim como a formação de professores. É um espaço formativo que agrega pessoas. Obrigada professora Terezinha Valim e seus alunos da turma 010 de Didática em Ciências que em 11 de novembro de 1979 tiveram a coragem e resistência pela criação do projeto do CCIUFPA e que hoje ultrapassa os limites para além dos muros da Universidade.
The UFPA Science Club is a place that provides opportunities for students and teachers, the sharing of experiences and the construction of scientific knowledge through science teaching with research. It is an environment that contributes to children's scientific initiation as well as teacher training. It is a training space that brings people together. Thank you Professor Terezinha Valim and her students from the 010 class of Didactics in Science who on November 11, 1979 had the courage and resistance to create the CCIUFPA project and which today exceeds the limits beyond the walls of the University.

The club really is a learning space, both for us: trainee teachers, when for small scientists, a lot of interaction, discoveries, and research, for the better development of teaching training, I love it very much.
