The building is beautiful and the staff are polite and attentive. However, a delay of almost two hours is deplorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do que adianta ter um local enorme para realizar exames e consultas, se a demora para realizar o exame leva mais de 1 hora, pois eh esse o tempo que estou aqui aguardando. Péssimo isso, falta de respeito com o beneficiário...e eles sempre usam a clássica desculpe de que "o sistema caiu"..
Obs.: Cansei de esperar e tb pq não tenho o dia todo para perder....fui embora e liguei na ouvidoria e consegui um encaixe para realizar meu exame. Lamentável passar por esse tipo de situação.

Sistema fora do ar, prejudicando os beneficiários. Apagão total. Esse hospital precisa de funcionários competentes de TI.
Se fosse possível classificar sem nenhuma estrela, essa seria minha avaliação.?
What's the use of having a huge place to perform exams and consultations, if the delay to take the exam takes more than 1 hour, because that's the time I'm waiting here. Terrible, disrespectful to the beneficiary ... and they always use the classic sorry "system crashed" ..
Note: I got tired of waiting and because I do not have all day to lose .... I left and called the ombudsman and got a snap to perform my exam. Unfortunate to go through this kind of situation.

System down, harming the beneficiaries. Total blackout. This hospital needs competent IT staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouco funcional passar por consulta com ortopedista e ter de se deslocar para outro local para fazer um simples raio-x que nem de agendamento precisa. Resultado: ter o raio-x avaliado pelo ortopedista DUAS SEMANAS MAIS TARDE em uma nova consulta.
It is not very functional to have an appointment with an orthopedist and have to go to another place to do a simple x-ray that you don't even need to schedule. Result: having the x-ray evaluated by the orthopedist TWO WEEKS LATER in a new appointment.
