★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um simples exame de urina, me mandaram colher a amostra enquanto resolviam um problema de sistema interno, só que esse problema não foi resolvido, e não fizeram o meu exame, e jogaram minha amostra fora, e o pior, eles sabiam que não poderiam fazer meu exame por causa desse problema de sistema, mas colheram a amostra do mesmo jeito, por má fé, deveriam ter me avisado antes de colher a amostra, que eu teria ido pra outro laboratório, nunca mais volto nesse laboratório.
I went for a simple urine test, they told me to take the sample while they fixed an internal system problem, but this problem was not solved, and they didn't do my test, and they threw my sample away, and the worst thing, they knew it wasn't. they could do my exam because of this system problem, but they collected the sample the same way, in bad faith, they should have warned me before taking the sample, that I would have gone to another laboratory, I will never go back to that laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei e estava esperando há 40m para a 1° chamada ainda, quando deparei com uma mãe e seu filho que já estavam a 2:30h aguardando para o exame. Falta de consideração e respeito pelos clientes que estão em jejum necessitando pelo exame. Não indico está unidade. Falta de funcionários e atendimento muuuito demorado. Não volto mais.
I arrived and was waiting 40m for the 1st call yet, when I came across a mother and her son who were already at 2:30 am waiting for the exam. Lack of consideration and respect for customers who are fasting in need of examination. I do not indicate this unity. Lack of staff and very long service. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com os clientes. Agendei horário às 8h e fui chamado pela recepção as 8:35 sendo que me mandaram aguardar agora liberarem o pedido do exame. Não entendo a falta de respeito e comprometimento se pedem para agendar horário. Não recomendo apenas pela demora no atendimento.
Lack of respect with customers. I scheduled the time at 8am and was called by the reception at 8:35 and they were told to wait to release the exam request. I do not understand the lack of respect and commitment if you ask for an appointment. I do not recommend just for the delay in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo e a estrutura muito boa, mas o atendimento é muito demorado. Levei 4h para fazer e pegar dois exames que duraram juntos 30 minutos. Com exame agendado, levaram 30 minutos pra chamar minha senha, mais 30 minutos no atendimento inicial e mais de 1h esperando chamarem pro primeiro exame. Por que agendamos se é tão demorado.
The place is beautiful and the structure is very good, but the service takes a long time. It took me 4 hours to do and take two exams that lasted together 30 minutes. With an exam scheduled, it took 30 minutes to call my password, another 30 minutes in the initial service and more than 1 hour waiting to be called for the first exam. Why do we schedule it if it takes so long.
