★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cara da comida até estava boa, mais ai encontro dois fios de cabelos.. e o pior de tudo e que colocaram o pedido no iFood como finalizado e não dão retorno nenhum, apenas falam que tem que ser feito o cancelamento pelo aplicativo. ??
The food looked good, but then I find two strands of hair.. and worst of all, they put the order on iFood as finalized and don't give any feedback, they just say that it has to be canceled through the app. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento péssimo, uma amiga de trabalho acabou de pedir comida e a mesma veio com dois fios de cabelo, a atendente do local pediu para fazer o cancelamento pelo ifood, não dando nenhum suporte e o mais absurdo é que encerrou a conversa. O número de telefone do local não atende.
Como um estabelecimento de fornecimento de comida, a higiene deve ser 100%.
Terrible service, a friend from work just ordered food and it came with two strands of hair, the local attendant asked to cancel it through ifood, not giving any support and the most absurd thing is that the conversation ended. The location's phone number does not answer.
As a food delivery establishment, hygiene must be 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo,minha marmita veio com cabelo e eles nao dão o suporte necessario apos a entrega,tentei entrar em contato para resolver o meu problema e apenas encerraram o atendimento,tentei entrar em contato pelo telefone e só da caixa postal, acho ridículo eles apenas ignorarem pois eles são um estabelecimento gastronomico e tem que ter essa olhar mais carinhoso e atencioso com o cliente e isto é uma falta de respeito e higiene.
Deixo meu recado as pessoas que futuramente iram comprar,por gentileza nao comprem.
Terrible service, my lunch box came with hair and they don't give the necessary support after delivery, I tried to get in touch to solve my problem and they just closed the service, I tried to contact by phone and only from the mailbox, I think it's ridiculous they just ignore them because they are a gastronomic establishment and they have to have this more affectionate and attentive look at the customer and this is a lack of respect and hygiene.
I leave my message to people who will buy in the future, please don't buy.
