Gostaria de informar meu descontentamento com o Centro Municipal de Saúde Dr Alvimar Carvalho na Pedra de Guaratiba.Na demora de agendamento a consulta e cirurgias e até mesmo uma satisfação para o usuário que necessita de atendimento.
Uma falta de respeito ao cidadão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já precisei 2 x num intervalo de menos de 1 mês inicialmente suspeita de covid e depois com covid confirmada. Fui atendida com muita agilidade e atenção nas 2x . Só tenho que agradecer. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento sou gestante fiz só duas consulta com o doutor Renan agora estou com 17 semanas ele no dia 05/10 foi a minha última consulta ele pediu pra eu marcar consulta com a enfermeira fui lá na frente dei o meu nome meu celular e até agora ninquem ligar hj está fazendo 1 mês sem resposta de ninquem eu sou gestante preciso de atendimento todos os mês mais aqi está um erro o atendimento com as gestantes ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente hoje dia 10/11/2021 fui ao posto com suspeita de covid, fui atendida pelo médico Leonardo Lucas, se posso chamar assim, ele tava o tempo todo no celular, não teve nem a consideração de olhar minha garganta que tá inflamada, me deu uma receita já pronta com dipirona, loratadina e prednisona, isso sem me examinar é continuou no celular . Uma falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar claro que esta avaliação é única e exclusivamente pela forma como fui atendido hj pela funcionária Nathalia da Imunização. A mesma me tratou com extrema arrogância e ironia apenas por eu não ter levado a caderneta de vacinação em papel, e pq eu disse que achava que o app Conect SUS substituía a caderneta. Quando eu disse que iria me retirar da sala sem aplicar as vacinas que fora para aplicar, disse à ela que ela não deveria tratar o público daquela forma áspera e fechei a porta. Para minha maior perplexidade, ela deu um berro de dentro da sala, o qual eu não pude identificar o que ela disse.... Triste o descontrole emocional da Nathália.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava na fila para o teste de COVID o enfermeiro não deixou eu entrar para fazer o texto pois não tinha sintomas.
Minha esposa entrou e testou positivo .
Tive que entrar na fila que demora 1 h para fazer o teste.
Muito despreparado.
Peço que o posto tenha mais cuidado com a triagem pois pode ter pessoas sem sintomas .
I was in line for the COVID test, the nurse wouldn't let me in to do the text because I had no symptoms.
My wife came in and tested positive.
I had to get in the queue that takes 1 h to take the test.
Very unprepared.
I ask that the post be more careful with screening because it may have people without symptoms.
