WORST service I have ever seen in my life, broke the record. Soon I will cancel not so much over the internet, but for the service. It seems that they are doing people a favor and not doing a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários atendem mal, não atendem aos chamados, dão prioridade pra novas instalações e não cativam o cliente que ja tem. parece realmente que estão fazendo favor. Rezo todos os dias pra não dar problema pra não precisar ligar.
Employees do poorly, do not answer calls, give priority to new facilities and do not captivate the customer who already has them. it really looks like they're doing you a favor. I pray every day not to give a problem so I don't have to call.
