★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um chuveiro Top Jet da Lorenzetti nesta unidade da CNR e tive o azar de não ter tempo e só instalá-lo após 7 dias da compra. O chuveiro não funcionou. Fui informada por um vendedor que a loja não efetua troca após esse período, que se eu quisesse que fosse atrás da Lorenzetti. Sinceramente? Achei um descaso com o consumidor.
I bought a Top Jet shower from Lorenzetti at this CNR unit and I was unlucky enough to have no time and only install it after 7 days of purchase. The shower did not work. I was informed by a seller that the store does not exchange after this period, that if I wanted him to go after Lorenzetti. Sincerely? I found a disregard for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem! Preço mais alto que dos concorrentes e entregam material em péssima qualidade. Não há um comprometimento para a troca do material, tanto do SAC, que é uma secretária que transfere ligações para as lojas, , portanto, e não resolve nada, quanto aq logística e dos gerentes da loja que fazem de tudo para não enrolar e não resolver seu problema. Engraçado que todo os responsáveis almoçam no mesmo horário, desde um superintende a gerentes, sac, atendentes..... basta ter um problema!!!
