★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos que o atendimento neste local não funciona, SUPER demorado, trocam funcionários e continua a mesma coisa. Poderia sugerir a unidade do BH Shopping que é muito boa, porém fico me perguntando: será que é isso que esses preguiçosos querem? Pra ficar o dia inteiro coçando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Sempre tem uma ou no máximo duas pessoas pra atender e a fila gigantesca. Quando você acha que vai andar, um atendente sai para o café ou para o almoço. Ninguém merece essa agência.
Terrible service. There is always one or at most two people to attend and the huge line. When you think you're going to walk, an attendant leaves for coffee or lunch. Nobody deserves this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No google informa que o horario de atendimento é ate as 17:30. Chegamos as 17:16 e nao fomos atendidos. Segundo o funcionario o horario é ate as 17:15. Disseram que nao conseguem ajustar a informacao no google.
On google it says that the opening hours are until 17:30. We arrived at 5:16 pm and were not served. According to the official the time is until 17:15. They said they can't adjust the information on google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre frequentava o local e agora com a cobrança de estacionamento prefiro ir nos correios do BH shopping.
Apesar disso deixo aqui algumas considerações.
Bruno é o melhor atendente que já tiveram, muito educado, prestativo e ágil.
Horário de funcionamento muuuuito limitado.
Se deseja que o pacote saia no mesmo dia é preciso postar até 16:50…Visto que lá na maioria das vezes só tem 1 caixa a fila é geralmente 10-20 minutos, ou seja, preciso chegar com muita antecedência.
I always frequented the place and now with the parking charge I prefer to go to the post office at BH shopping.
Nevertheless, here are some considerations.
Bruno is the best attendant they've ever had, very polite, helpful and agile.
Very limited opening hours.
If you want the package to go out on the same day, you need to post it before 4:50 pm…Since there is usually only 1 box there, the queue is usually 10-20 minutes, that is, I need to arrive well in advance.
