★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma avaliação e a princípio estranhei pq a atendente disse que poderia ser qualquer horário que eu quisesse ( dai pensei nossa, deve ter poucos clientes). Mas ai bom. No dia anterior a consulta, e no dia da consulta, ninguém me ligou para confirmar. Peguei o endereço mas chegando no local, esqueci o endereço em casa. Liguei para o telefone e a atendente disse que era a central e ia transferi. Transferiu e ninguém atendeu. Dai liguei de novo. A atendente da central me deu apenas o endereço sem ponto de referência conhecido ( acho q não era da minha cidade essa atendente)Andei 1k e nao achei. Achei um tremendo pouco caso. Tinha recebido referências. Ainda não entendi a referência Betel. Betel é um lugar de bênção. Para mim, só me trouxe aborrecimento. Imagina se eu tivesse começado um tratamento lá?
I scheduled an evaluation and at first I was surprised because the attendant said it could be any time I wanted (so I thought wow, there must be few customers). But oh good. The day before the appointment, and the day of the appointment, no one called me to confirm. I got the address but arriving at the place, I forgot the address at home. I called the phone and the attendant said it was the central and I would transfer. Transferred and no one answered. Then I called again. The central attendant gave me only the address without a known reference point (I think this attendant was not from my city) I walked 1k and I didn't find it. I found a tremendous little case. I had received referrals. I still don't understand the Bethel reference. Bethel is a place of blessing. For me, it only brought me annoyance. Imagine if I had started a treatment there?
