★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de uma luminária na loja da avenida Brasil, ao instalar o técnico detectou que o botijão estava com defeito e isso impossibilitou a instalação, ao solicitar a troca me falaram quê simplesmente foi erro de instalação sendo que seriam apenas 2fios para ligar sem contar o despreparo tanto da pessoal que fica no pacote quantos aos vendedores despreparados, pois nem testaram o equipamento no ato e eu de boa fé imaginei que estaria tudo de acordo.
Resumindo, comprei o mesmo produto em outra loja que por sinal muito melhor desde o atendimento a questão de preço é o mesmo técnico instalou sem problema nenhum.
Esse não foi o primeiro problema que tive nesse estabelecimento porém foi o último, aconselho a buscarem outros lugares pois os preços aí não são competitivos
I made the purchase of a lamp at the store on Avenida Brasil, when installing the technician detected that the cylinder was defective and this made it impossible to install, when requesting the exchange they told me that it was simply an installation error and it would only be 2 wires to connect without counting the unpreparedness of both the staff who are in the package and the unprepared sellers, as they did not even test the equipment on the spot and I in good faith imagined that everything would be in agreement.
In short, I bought the same product in another store that, by the way, was much better since the service, the price issue is the same technician installed without any problem.
This was not the first problem I had in this establishment, but it was the last one, I advise you to look elsewhere because the prices there are not competitive
