Lamentável
Por duas vezes a mesma situação entao entendo que o problema e da equipe ruim mesmo
Employees without the slightest consideration for the customer, you ask if there is a salesperson available and I send you at the service desk while the salespeople are on the cell phone or chatting with another salesperson and they treat you as if you were invisible.
Unfortunate
Twice the same situation so I understand that the problem is the bad team
