★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local péssimo, um atendimento de má qualidade, e pior é que não seguem as obrigações da secretaria Municipal de saúde, como uso de máscaras e álcool em gel.
Eu tive um problema com a minha bateria e estava sem o cartão de garantia, mas após entra em contato com a fábrica, ela mesma autorizou a troca da bateria, visto que estava com nota fiscal e tudo mais, no entanto o proprietário dessa distribuidora, ficou criando empecilho para troca.
Na primeira vez fui embora sem trocar a bateria, tive que entrar em contato com a fabricante, que por sua vez ligou na distribuidora pra que eles trocassem, só assim consegui que a bateria fosse trocada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em junho 2020 tive que fazer a troca da bateria, cuja garantia e de 18 meses, pir 2 vezes esta deu problema de descarregar no ultimo mes de garantia vim na loja e fizeram teste e disseram que estava td ok, porem nesta data 07/02/2022 a bateria veio a dar mesmo problema de desgarregar, e vim na loja foi feito o teste e a bateria esta fervendo, e a garantia ja era nao teve acordo a fabricante não cobre esta garantia, vejo que este produto dura somente ate vcto da garantia, tive que colocar nova, porem com custo menor.
In June 2020 I had to change the battery, whose warranty is 18 months, pir 2 times it had a problem discharging in the last month of warranty I came to the store and they did a test and they said everything was ok, but on this date 02/07 /2022 the battery came to give the same problem of discharging, and I came to the store, the test was done and the battery is boiling, and the warranty was already not agreed, the manufacturer does not cover this warranty, I see that this product only lasts until vto da warranty, I had to put a new one, but at a lower cost.
