Indagando um militar sobre o toroteio incomodante, ele me disse que o COE já estava aqui antes que eu viesse. Sim, concordo, mas na época não tinha tantos tiros assim e eram praticados em horário e dias adequados. Não seria possível construir um estande a prova de sons?
