Sou de São Gonçalo e fico feliz de ter um suporte de uma empresa de ônibus da minha cidade. Me sinto bem segura.
 Despite the limited offer of the 428 line, the support through whatsapp is wonderful. Respond until weekends. Who answers messages through whatsapp is super polite and attentive.
I'm from São Gonçalo and I'm happy to have support from a bus company in my city. I feel pretty safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro na Vila Isabel, e hoje só tem ônibus para São Gonçalo bem cedo apenas 1 ônibus, e outro ônibus no final da tarde. Isso significa que NÃO trata bem seus passageiros. Os seus ônibus são bons, mas com essa atitude da empresa de ter somente 1 ônibus na parte da manhã e somente 1 ônibus no final do dia, é um absurdo.
Eu quando tenho que ir para São Gonçalo, tenho que ir na praça Seans pena na tijuca.
I live in Vila Isabel, and today there are only buses to São Gonçalo very early, only 1 bus, and another bus in the late afternoon. This means that you do NOT treat your passengers well. Their buses are good, but with the company's attitude of having only 1 bus in the morning and only 1 bus at the end of the day, it's absurd.
When I have to go to São Gonçalo, I have to go to Praça Seans Pena in Tijuca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem sido cada vez pior e ninguém toma nenhuma atitude hoje estou a mais de uma hora aguardando e só vai ter ônibus após o jogo porém os motoristas já estão bebendo e comemorando 2 ônibus saíram especial outros 5 parados e os passageiros sendo feitos de palhaço ontem entre 18:00 e 21:00 não teve ônibus hoje mesma sacanagem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Empresa não respeita horários. A linha 428 praticamente inexiste, o 423 passa 1 rodando a cada 4 indo pra garagem. Falta de respeito com o cliente, que fica de 30 minutos a 1 hora no ponto esperando a boa vontade da empresa.
